Okay I got my freakin ass one shotted.

DrBiologist	Posted - 2007.06.24 02:18:00 - [1] Okay im a new player and I just got my first Caldari destroyer and I had it all decked out. okay w.e but i was auto pilioting back to safer territory and while i was about to warp I got shot by this huge beam by a ship, this ship i think was a ai. do all player ships have orange over there ship ? Im just confused if it was a player or ai. the ship just had 4 white corner lines liek a unfinished box. yah but i lost everything didnt have eny insurance. so i can i say i learned my lesson the hard way.

The Cormorant has the tanking ability of a soggy paper bag. You were (from your description) killed by another player when you wandered out of high-security space. By all means leave hi-sec to explore (and do it now, while your ships are cheap and your clones are free), but don't do it on autopilot...
