thats not even pirating! how are you gonna shout yarr when the guy is dead before he can finish uncloaking?
What happened to the good old days of checking out belts!? and don't give me that bull**** about that not working any more. I kill/ransom people in belts every day in one system!
There's no honor with these tactics. Grow some balls and fight people that want to fight back. Cheers to belt pirates!

why don't you grow soem balls. belt hutnign is soo lame. the only people who rat in low sec are newbs and you are killing lwo sp defenseless people grow soem real balls and go for mission runners who fit BS with beasty tanks.

Grow some balls dude.
If you come into Low Sector, you can expect gate camps.
Gate Camping is fine, would you rather a roaming gate came at you instead.
Also, it's not nice to sware.

Nothing wrong with belt ganks, but certainly nothing wrong with gate camping either. If you go into low sec with something your afraid to lose, get a scout. Nuff said.

If only there was some sort of device to help you avoid such things, a "map" of some sort that would tell you when people were in the sector, or if someone had been killed recently.
Or maybe a device that you could use to look at a gate beforehand and see if there were people hanging out there, a "scanner" if you will.

Gatecamping isn't piracy, it's banditry, or highway robbery if you will. I don't know that I'd ever be a pirate, but a highwayman . . . now there's a title I could take a liking to.
And it's the way things go, and part of the realities of null sec. Although gatecampers actually do take some big risks . . . like setting up a gatecamp, only to find that another Corp considers it to be "their" territory, at which point the battle of the bandits breaks out, with several ships end up floating junked next to the stargate, with random passersby sorely tempted to loot and salvage them . . . theoretically speaking.

Ignotus dont camp, we would have if we had some BC's, but we would definetively NOT camp 24/7.
We prefer roamings, but if we cant find anything it's nice to have the option to lurk in their travellinlanes instead :P

A gate camp is ment to stop critical suplies, and ships, reaching their destination. Thereby weakening an aliance and or corp. Think of it as a blockade. No one called the Germans lame, or the Americans lame for blockading the countries they are at war with by sinking merchant ships, and other tranport vessels.
Use and Escort, otherwise prepare to sink.

CCP has killed Belt Piracy, who needs to mine in Low Sec when they can run lvl 4 missions in High sec and make more isk. Killing ppl on the gates is the best way to get BS kills and to make isk out of Piracy. 90% of my kills are on gates, its not often i find anyone in belts these days as if they are watching local (like most ppl do) the use the Lovely Warp to 0km and dock.
Dont complain to us, complain to ccp for making Piracy into Gate camps.
So who had the pleasure of Killing You?
