There's lots of people who Farm NPC's all the time. Some peoples goal in this game is to "make loads of isk" that's how they play.

You miss the point, there is nothing wrong with npc'ing, OP is implying they are selling isk for cash.
Then petition those who you think are selling isk?

Yes, they are going to ban the entirety of IAC because of a couple people. 
If that's the case then there shouldn't be any bias banning and every large alliance will need to be banned, as I am sure all of them have a couple (cept BoB of course  ).
This is just a big whine from a bitter alt, imo. If you TRULY wanted to get rid of these supposed "ISK Farmer/Sellers" all you'd have to do is check some KB's and you'd have a list. Then you could petition it. Instead you come here and blast ALL OF IAC and accuse them of this non-sense. How the @#$% do you think most IAC are going to act? You are no one.
