I am a US isk farmer. I rat in the very best 0.0 space (thanks IAC) to make isk so I can pay for my accounts. I always fit a cloak so I am not ganked by random hostiles.
The Chinese need to farm isk like all other EVE players. CCP has never said isk farming is against the EULA. Until they say so, I will continue farming isk for the betterment of my corp and alliance. I am proud to support corporations of all nationalities trying to isk farm their way to riches in EVE.

Nothing wrong with that.
There is however a problem with funneling money to random people who then sell the ISK and spam us all saying they have great deals on ISK. I doubt you purposly claim scams on contracts for nothing in return.
Well, if you find someone trying to sell you ISK for RL money, you should report it to CCP. However, I do claim contracts for nothing in return all the time. I also make a lot of contracts for nothing in return. It is the same thing I did with the escrow system.

Personally I think CCP tolerates these ISK sellers. If CCP wanted to, they would buy a bit of ISK from these businesses you say are all over the internet and find out how the businesses sell the ISK. They would then data mine their databases looking for similar patterns and ban them. Then rinse and repeat if the sellers change methods. It is sort of like drug busting here in the US but in the virtual world.
I think voogru is mad CCP tolerates ISK sellers. I think he is mad CCP hasn't done enough to stop ISK sellers and is trying to find his own solution. Unfortunately trying to stop a legitimate practice of ISK farming and saying it always goes to ISK sellers is wrong. It is the same as the RIAA saying because music was downloaded to this IP which may at one time been assigned to your computer, you are guilty of copyright infringement.

Sorry but your just wrong again.
Look up SOSADQQ, look up his contracts.
He used to be online 23/7.
I petitioned him with a fair amount of evidence and links all over.
The next day, his little icon was red. It has not been green since.
CCP does care, and when given enough information they act.
This is exactly my point. CCP is passively enforcing the EULA. CCP does not actively enforce it with regards to ISK selling. You had to point out a very obvious ISK seller and when CCP looked in to it, they banned SOSADQQ. However CCP doesn't actively monitor contracts or any other internal methods to figure out ISK sellers.
