This may of been discussed before, not sure so I figured I would ask.

Caldari section, badgers. Why are there three? A friend pointed it out to me and I checked my poster, wierd. No? We thought maybe transport class but none of the other races shows any tech II ships.

Has to be transport class but I have never run into a t2 caldari hauler before so I can not say if it is for sure. But my bet is t2 hauler.

That's a Badger mark II. An industrial ship not used by the caldari.

The hull is that of the Bustard (Transport Ship), but as far as I'm aware there is no T1 equivelant.
Shame, Caldari could really do with a new hauler.

I think it's the Bustard, which is one of the transport ships. I have no idea why it was put on the chart.

It's a templar, a fighter.....
Naah, it's a Bustard. I _believe_ there was originally plans for a Badger MK III, but they never saw light of day. So one day they took the boring badger 2 model, and replaced it with a 'R&D skinned' MK III

I don't get how that can be applied to caldari, I mean they have the biggest/first frieghter and supposidly have the best technology.
There was me hoping that it was a badger mk III which CCP may bring out sometime.

While we're on the topic, can anyone tell me what the ship in the Gallente section between the freighter and the dreadnaught is? The one over on the right......never seen it before...
and no, I don't believe it's a Templar.

Actually, they changed the bustard, a few patches back. it now looks like a badger II with two 'large bits' in the middle, so it does in fact, look like that.

Bustard.
Previously the bustard had the badger 2's skin, so they fixed that months ago, forget when.
Anyways to answer the one question... using transports as an example since we're on them.
Go look at a Mammoth and Mastodon... only difference is color, one is brown, one is black.
Occator and Viator, also similiar to their T1 counterparts other than minor additions, lights/engines/color
Prorator/Impel, color and two engines on the Impel
Crane is a recolored badger 2.
Prowler is the only one that's "vastly different" compared to its T1 version, but its size isn't much different.
This applies to all T2 ships really, they're pretty much the exact same as their T1 models in terms of size and shape... Just some have minor additions and many have new paint.
Paint can't be demonstrated via size chart.
