At the same time, if you don't report them and just take action (flipping cans, smartbombing them etc) you can be petitioned for griefing. It's completely f'ed up.

I stopped petitioning macro miners and continued harassing them, many other people did the same, and nothing ever happened. what are they going to do, petition and say "this guy is interrupting my 10-client 23/7 macro mining operation?" most of them can't even speak english, and the few that do aren't going to want any GM attention on them.

Maybe if you do it to the same guy over and over again (and even then I doubt). But on this case, there are so many of them that it could take you several weeks to hit the same one again.

So when i go out MM can stealing, i also do a little surfing on the other monitor. As it turns out Google addwords are priced to demand, so right now the estimated price per click for the word "isk" is around US $2.50 per click, "buy isk" is US$3 per click. So i do a little fliping and some clicking, makes me feel hopefull heh. Please note i am NOT suggesting that anyone should click up a storm (at $2.50 a click), but it is ok to click n look and never buy. If i can't pod the isk buyers, then the farmers and middlemen will have to feel my pain (small as it is) within the eula and the law. Catch the bullet or carry the gun The choice is yours

Velators disapear when I try to scan them. But I have sppoted a few of their haulers already. Iterons V with full set of cargo expanders T2, full of unrefined ore. No tank or whatsoever. UPDATE: Now only 5 in local. Seems they relocated. If somebody is interested in finding them, plz convo. I'm gonna look for them.
