Wow, my PC gets REALLY hot after running at 100% capacity all day. Might need to dial it down a few % to stop it frying itself...

I'm toying with picking up an old ATI graphics card second hand and sticking it in my spare machine. It's own CPU is far too slow for anything useful, but GPU folding is MASSIVELY faster.

Flarg, the GPU client only supports newer cards. Shame, I'd found an old 9200 in a drawer

Currently we have 18 members which is cool. And we are shooting up the team table. Should be in the top 5000 teams in around 20 days :).
You could take out one of those adverts on EVE Files. Chribba might even be nice enough to do it for free, seeing as it's charity (but even if not, theres enough of us to foot any bill). Similarly, get an Ad set up on some of the fan sites.

Surely the PS3 isn't that much faster at this? 
Shame I still don't run our company's 30 machine render farm, otherwise we could have a nice little boost to the team stats in quiet time when it wasn't rendering!
The time estimates are fairly screwy. It shouldn't take more than a few days for each WU, at 3.2 Ghz.
