They are just as much a person as anyone else. I've met a few women who play EVE, but guess what? I don't care! They're here to play the game and have fun, just like us, so how about just letting them do that? It's getting annoying seeing one of these "zomg gurlz in eve!!11" topics about once a week or so.

Quite often they have a few girl members who get on TS/Vent as part of general ops and you can speak with them yourself.
