fix afk cloaked battleships FOR FFFFFSALKJE !! stupid ccp

This only benefits the cloaker who im sure its sooo excited being the hidden hunter, but for the rest of us its the most boring thing ever. At least get rid of local so i don't have to know they are there!! Get rid of cloaks on anything but recons/covops and theres your isk sink right there!

But I must agree, some module is needed to detect cloaked ships that are not stealth bombers or Covert Ops. Eithter that or they should "phase" in and out from time to time so they can be picked up on scan (Cov-ops & SB's should never be detectable, thats their role) -------- Yes ... I have no choice really when he enters system, i now have to drop everything and start coming up with zany crazy ideas to catch him, spend hrs and hrs on gates and with bubbles and keep on scanning system hoping for a break ......... all this time hes off washing his hair and painting his toenails (yes its true), my playing experience turns to one of boredom.
