I have just about the same issue as this guy with no answers either. : P
Still, its good to relearn the game with a n00b character and struggle with the isk for a bit to make me more appreciative of my main(s), I guess. ; )

I'm sorry to say Wrangler that means you need to hire more people. I can say from personal experience in working with customer service for Nextel, Time Warner Cable and Sony that this kinda service when dealing with billing issues is a no no. If you can't afford the extra workers, can't see how that's possible *cough* eve tv *cough*, then at least further breakdown the billing queue into the most common major problems and the rest. Or perhaps stop chasing the symptoms and look for the problem...I dont know I'm not a DB programmer, but something needs to be done.

Did it ever occur to you that some people don't WANT to pay ahead? As for your second comment, I don't know where the heck you are ordering products from, but I've never had to wait for more than five minutes for my credit card to be billed.
Quite frankly, a ten day lag time on credit card charges is ridiculous. Something I would expect from SOE, not CCP.
