Allright, for the past 4 days i was unable to pay or renew my subscription details , on my main account, apparentley due to CCP server problems (i guessed..) My petitions remained unanswered..i mean FOR THE LOVE OF GOD how hard is to send an e-mail with a bit of explayning ?? I wanna GIVE them money, not take !! As a result, i cannot pay or reactivate, use or view subscription details on my account. I hope that in a day or two, at least i will have a straight answer.
(Sorry for the English, not my main language)

Petitions have a score assigned to them depending on what sort of petition it is with things like exploits and stuck petitions and harassment petitions being given a higher priority and reimbursement being to lowest i think but depending on what comes up after you file a petition it can take a while to get to, wait have patience and it will eventually be dealt with and what part of the site are you unable to access as the "My Account" section works fine here. ---------

go see the "known issues" category... you're not the only one with these issues. took me 5 days to get my cc added to my account, and now i can't even go to the "subcription details" page.  --gordo |

As they have said you just have to be patient and wait for your petition. I am also having this same issue as are many others if you have been watching the boards the last few days. Together we will wait ... and soon it will be fixed. It's only been 4 days for my petition and I'm sure we will hear something by the end of the month.

Under common tasks all I have is:
Enable EVE Voice
Change Password
And nothing else.
Further down on the page it says:
General Notice: You are subscribed to the EVE Online service. You will be charged automatically at the end of each game time period unless you cancel your subscription.
This really reminds me of Sam Neill ( Dr Weir ) in Event Horizon when he says: YOU CAN'T LEAVE, SHE WONT LET YOU!.
Am I doomed to stay in eve forever?

I had the same problem.
Use an eve time card (sometimes the cheaper option) and then you should find you can sign up np at all

You can leave. Althought when you do, you will be sent a free 5 day try it again for free post next major patch. Then after the 5 days you'll be automatically rebilled, even thought you haven't actually resigned. Its not so much a trial 5 days, as a cancel within 5 days or you'll be slapped for cash.

And its not like they dont want to take your money.
All i can suggest is to petition again marking the subject with payment issue or somthing along the lines of that. Should be fixed pretty fast then

I did actually file 2 petitions, one under billing (wich received NO answer so far) and one , later, under STUCK CHARACTER (wich received a generic "we will fix it asap.." asnwer and got closed )
PS : My character name is also a hardcore rock band

That is odd, because I CAN renew my subscription just fine. Why do people always point to others to blame when things don't work. Are you using a non-standard browser, might it be a cookie setting, have you tried emptying your internet cache, perhaps it's your firewall blocking off certain things, it might be your browser limiting the use of a secure page... tons of things.

I'm not blaming YOU that's for shure, so stop assuming things. Just for information, i'm using IE7 on a Turion 64 x 2 laptop, i have tried different isp,and browsers like MOZILLA, OPERA , and i have tried in LINUX. I work in a computer shop, i'm head of the service and warranties department, so i kinda know a few things.

Apologoies if this has been covered; didnt read them first ten replies.
I have had the issue you have experienced, once or twice. I have no idea what caused it, or how it was fixed, it just seemed to work the next month.
However what I did in the meantime, was to purchase a GTC electronically online (took about half an hour all i needed was a paypal account or alternatively sure you can do it with a visa card) and paid for my month with that.
Bit of an inconvience, but in the end I was playing eve for that month, maybe saved a pound or two and the problem was fixed for the following month.

This is part of the problem really. Filing two petitions is why GM's are always over worked. Especially over multiple catagories. Most likely your petition is being delayed because of other people like you swamping the GM's with multiple questions. They have to investigate each one you know and then find out that the issue has been resolved already.
File one, wait. If everyone did this it would most likely take less time overall for them to answer.

Really really really frustrating dealing with these people.
Dont even bother using credit card anymore. Just buy GTC's. I trust a third party with my information, over CCP and their bugged servers anyday.

I know for a fact that is BAD to "enforce" a restricted method of payment, like GTC, either by will or by chance (in this case, by chance). First of all, i find that credit card payment is the most confortable,and i have control over it. Second, i do not have the time to search whos sales GTC in my country, o go to the store to buy. I find unbeliveble that the most important part of EvE (payment, from CCP point of view) has so many problems latley. I understand that the game is in constant development, but the online payment method is very common in the world we live in, and a medium experienced web-designer should be able to fix-it quite fast..

The billing queue is a high priority petition queue. Right now there are so many billing petitions the waiting time is approximately 10 days though.

I will not go so low as to call you a Idiot even if that is the way you sound to others but CCP payment system works great not one time have i had any problems with it ! Now i can see if some players have no real understanding of how hard it is to transfer money from one form to another but the fact is the banks are what slows things down for people. so why not cry to your banks first ?

That in itself should be a huge red flag for management that there is a serious problem with the companies customer service. No company in its right mind has a 10 day wait to resolve billing issues.
