Pfft...I don't have high hopes for a stellar tournament at the moment. The only mention of it from anyone at CCP in the last month or so has been a request for announcer signups on EveTV and vague assurances from Xyliana that their stream hosting won't suck as bad as it did last year.
No set rules, no sign ups for alliances, no real announcements about prices or sign up costs yet is not helping anyone prepare for it.

Politics aside, I am not looking forward to the tournament. BoB keeps winning them and the coverage has degraded to a point where each tourney is just another BoB coronation ceremony.
Plus, I haven't read anything from CCP that would prevent this from becoming another Bhalgorn nos-fest

We'll be entering again, i'll also be in the tournament for the 3rd time in a row.
As for what I think, well :
1. The rules suck, and MUST be heavily changed.
2. I can't see anyway that BoB will lose, unless Outbreak form an alliance and get really lucky.

Well it's nice to see the future losers of this tournament out and about so early, with team morale like this how can any of you fail?
That said the rules are idiotic, and I swear to god someone needs to strangle whoever runs Jalipo (SET UP THE BACKUP STREAM IN ADVANCE).
But hey, it should be fun, barring jalipo ofcourse...man jalipo is gonna suck the fun out of this ><

Oh yeah, mocking ASCN, who hasn't done that, the war vs ASCN really showed what ASCN was made of, and it sure as heck wasn't epic joke material, no sireee.
I think Cyvok will agree with me when I say that ASCN turned out to be one of the finest and most coordinated combat unites we have ever seen in eve.

If you think that because they won the corps of the year title in the eve mag then u have a point BUT there is a counter argument. If they dont do well it just implies that as a collective whole they are very stong but in a small group maybe they might lack the experience/isk. But I think they should do well provided they enter.

10, but that gives the rest of your points away for free, even if you don't fly them. Would make it very difficult for you to advance as you would give your opponents a huge amount of free points.
