Let's set the record straight.
1. This char (Flatliner) was not bought, is my own char I pay for.
2. Yes I had high level access, shame the tech 2 BPO's was locked down also.
3. Nothing sold ingame or out of game for real money.
4. No account sharing either, corp theft plain and simple.

If the character is transfered to an account you own this is entirely impossible to prove - as DP Breacher demonstrated rather eloquently earlier this year. Consequently you can get away with buying characters for real life money unless you were to strike the deal in an ingame chat where the resulting logs would be valid evidence against you - anything else isn't valid.

ccp never belive anything at face value normally i bet if your char was moved from your account and u claimed it was a hacker they would tell you tough not our problem.
your username and password are suposed to be your responsibility anyway not ccps

Account sharing is prohibited by the EULA. GM Nova made it clear that CCP don't go looking for account sharing (specifically in regard to cynonets), but they will take action if it is reported to them.

so loads of bob were banned for the cynonet that a dev was obviously aware of and probably even took advantage of himself?
NO they werent........
anyway if that were true flatliner shouldnt be banned the other guy should for sharing has account.
flatliner wouldnt have been sharing it because it wasnt his to share

How can anyone possible know if there is a 'cynonet' in operation?
Even when it's reported in detail on a 3rd party website it doesn't count as the source isn't considered valid or sufficient
So in reality that's saying "cynonets are perfectly fine as no-ones going to know, and if they do, no-one can possibly prove it using ingame verification methods"

to be honest though this all sounds a bit unlikely considering if his main is banned and he is admitting to being an alt of that main, this alt account would also get banned. Players are banned, not accounts.

A Flatliner talked to me on IRC the other day, and I think it was the original flatliner as well since he seemed to remember a bunch of stuff from way back then. And he just referenced that IRC convo in this thread, sooo...
Considering that Flatliner was an Evol for a long time, I think it's plausible that he had access.
