2. Yes I had high level access, shame the tech 2 BPO's was locked down also.
3. Nothing sold ingame or out of game for real money.
4. No account sharing either, corp theft plain and simple.

Account sharing is prohibited by the EULA. GM Nova made it clear that CCP don't go looking for account sharing (specifically in regard to cynonets), but they will take action if it is reported to them.

Actually it's all too true.

Right now BOBs IRC chats are being copied and pasted to other alliance's forums. Str0be got away with 8 stations worth of stuff. POS, stront, mins, ships, capitals (8 dreads or so), freighters, the works.

Then CCP promptly banned him. Too funny. Just goes to show corp theft is A-Ok as long as you aren't theiving from certain people.

100b would make this one of the largest if not the largest corpthefts in the history of EvE..

Besides, even if CCP was 100% pro-BoB, I doubt they'd be as dumb as to do something blindingly obvious like banning someone who stole from BoB.

I'd like an explaination as to why this player was banned... I'd personally like to elevate him to a Hero status... anyone that can infiltrate one of the largest Alliances in game and walk away with that much deserves a toast. With banning this player CCP is further helping the ongoing "scandal" of CCP support to some of the larger alliances... I see no rules violated here? Sounds more Personal to me.
