The problem with that level of cash is that you are never going to effectively utilise it on your own. So your options really would be limited to:
1) Let it idle <- bad idea
2) Give it away <- be all magnanamous
3) Blow it on various things
4) Invest it with a corp or corps that have the capacity to handle that much Isk. There are not many that could even begin to deal with it, but off the top of my head FIN, FIN-U and ISSO. Yes, I am biased but that does not make me wrong.
If you choose to invest, do yourself a favour and do some homework yourself first so that you are not just listening to cheap advice. See if the corps have kept to what they promised. See how long they have been running and who has been running them. Have they paid on time?
If it were me I would go for a mix of options 1-4. Keep some Isk (about 2-3 Bill Isk) In cash; give some away (although I am too tight to give much away  ); Blow some on a nice ship collection; Invest the rest.
That way the final investment gives you passive income every month that should me more than you can use anyway, even with loosing ships every day. And you still have the original investment.
It is a hard question but I can't emphasise enough how important it is to do your homework on this.

I would buy the moon 4 Station in Jita, slash the install costs on building stuff and set the refine tax to 2.5%
My investment would pay its self off with in a few months

I would buy 100 billions worth officer stuff etc etc and put it in a can in a random system and then i would post on the forums and tell everyone where it is and watch the mass exodus of people flock to find the hidden treasure and........
......i would actually just put Krulls DNA in the can for all those people stuck doing level 2 missions :)
