there has to be some changes to the trial account too.
someting like it require some information that has to be verified and then they might not create another trial for, say 30 days.
the verification can be anything from a telephone number, a credid card or any other real life verification (not an email)

give people the ability to block any one for a day.
one day does not hurt too much for the unavoidable inocent that gets blocked

Its a known problem. Im not sure if more posts about it will make ccp take action faster. I doubt they are ignoring it.
they are not ignoring it, but postiong about it might get more people to understand the impact that isk traders (buyers/sellers) have on the economy.
just as sheap labor have a real effect in RL, althou the reverse happens here.
the prises skyrocket because they inject a lot of isk. in rl they plummet because they inject a lot of goods

I havent noticed any skyrocketing of prices to be honest. What items are you referring to?
It is mostly affecting high end items. take a look at the Gist x-type Xl SB. that has gona up a lot in the past months
most standard items are not affected. it is mostly the high end luxury items. and mostly those prefered by mission runners

What X or the maximum amount would be I leave to someone who knows the game better than me. Might not be a solution but could be a start?
So they put 1 tritanium for sale for 100.000.000 isk and buy it with their other character. Or use other means I will not discuss here.
There is no way you can block people from transferring isk between characters in a game as complex as this.
that will result in the player selling the sheepest trit in that station recieving a fenominal price for his mining.
the sheepest seller in a location always gets the sell, no matter if you as a buyer picks another more expencive one. but you pay what you as a buyer agree to.
