Mainly keeping a POS rich buffer zone on a region that if taken by enemies would grant a good beachhead to attack bob space. And he is completely correct on that, militarily the one of the main values of FIX to BOB is as a dense buffer zone. It does not matter why you decide to put the POS up, they are still there creating a buffer zone, specially on locations like 49- and immediate surroundings If brute force doesn't solve your problem... you are not using enough
