How is a legit noob corp to see the differance?!?! Yall are all griefing controling peeps...for the pirates its expected but for the "good" guys? OMG please quit fooling yourself into thinking your right in any way...your just like them as far as I and 100s of other players can see.
You have so much pride in what your doing...well I can prove my corp has been around since before eve beta has even going on...will you not blow us up? Can you swear on the name of your corp as NON-Pirates that none of your members will pod us IF an arrangement was made? I think not because you have done exactly what the pirate corps want you to do.

Hmm a noob in fountain = spy in our eyes. Get ppl like u warping in and out all the time at the gates spying on us and our amount of ships.
The minute you start attacking any and every ship you see the terrorists have won.
I know everyone in m0o has different goals when attacking alliances, but I like to see infighting and people resorting to what essentially is piracy in order to feel some sort of control over their "claimed" region.

Dont worry to much about killing me. (As if you would anyway.) But I will try to rebuild my character so that I can someday fight you one-on-one and hopefully win.
Oh yeah, what is up with the title of mOo and cow. I dont get it. Why would anyone want there corperation to be called mOo or cow. Now pak i can understand. (No offense intended my this comment.)

It does not matter who it is that controls a region, everyone tries to keep it secure from others, some kill those who enter while others sell passes, enter stain and you will be shot, enter venal and you will be shot, enter curse and you will be shot, enter fountain and you will get shot.
FE is taking over Fountain, it¦s no more wrong for FE to claim the region than it is for FA to.
No matter who controls it, NO ONE is allowed to mine there so it does not matter to those outside of FA who is in charge of the region.
Power is everything in EVE and those who have the most power will rule, it is that simple.
At the moment everyone is considered a hostile in fountain but as the region gets more secure the rules will change.

its because of those 'newbie scouts' aka alts who are basically unkillable because they get podded again and again but u never really get rid of them..
btw those that attacked u aint FA, they are pirates(Forsake empire)

I dont know the politics of CFS and I really dont care.
It is doomed to fail to have a regional alliance and still let anyone in for free since their members will die when problems happen and the free loaders will leave the region after taking as much as possible of the resources.
So CFS is doomed to fail, in one form or another.

A short time ago (and hopefully soon in the future) the Fountain Region was open to non-FA members. We had a active pass system, 1M/day for trade or farming, but not mining. It was fairly easy to make more than 20M in a few hours. All passes could be confirmed by any member if there was a question. If you were found without a pass there was a series of standard warning and usually an offer for an escort out if you were civil otherwise you were then made KOS.
Now however Fountain is a warzone and so the pass system is shut down. There is just no way to figure who is a spy and who isnt. There is no way to offer protection to visitors when we are struggling to maintain protection for ourselves.
So maybe in a few months u will have your BS and the FA will be back up and running with an acitve pass system, maybe not. Just ask around first.
The pirates of the FE believe a region cannot be defended and wish to propagate chaos. We of a civil society believe that it can. The war in Fountain represents opposing forces of Law and Chaos. Law has reigned in Fountain for a long time, the pedulum has just swung the other way, but it will swing back, I assure you......

Allow me to explain it to you in a reasonable and rational manner why you were poded. The Golden Horde (M0o, FE, et al.) are at war with the FA. Fountain is an occupied territory. Like any occupied territory in a war zone there is a high level of security. The enemy will use what ever means to deliver supplies from point A to point B. The most commonly misperceived method in EVE of safely transporting goods and or scouting is using a shuttle or noobe ship. We blow them up on site because; they are fast and reliable curriers in the right hands and most likely in the employ of the enemy. We do not have the time to stop and question people. The game mechanics of EVE do not offer the ability to detain people for more then a few minutes. Even if we warp scrambled and webified you to ask you questions, we would be putting ourselves at risk of ambush. So the simple rule of thumb here is shoot first ask questions later.
Now if you want to travel to Fountain for some reason you need to contact us and state your business. We will then decide if we have the resources to escort you to a location and back. You must remember, this is a war we are fighting and not a safe place.
Also, you must realize that members of the Golden Horde are the most villainous band of marauders ever to curse the space of EVE. We are committed to our ways and to each other. We do make exceptions for those who want to do straight business with us. We do not go back on our word and we will protect business partners. Many so called ærighteousÆ EVE players do business with us and then talk smack about us on the forums.
My advice is this. DonÆt restrict yourself to the carebear way of life in empire space. The real excitement is out beyond the borders of the 4 states. ItÆs there that you will learn to survive and become a successful player.

Exactly what Lentia said.
The citizens of Fountain would at least warn you if you got into the system, however, as the pirates said, Fountain is in a state of war that has been going on for almost a month now.
Sometimes we control it, and sometimes they do, and this will probably continue for a very long time until FE leaves the area.
