If you mean get more or the same as an active player doing the same thing, then no. 4 - In general terms people who are actively playing the game should get more out of it then people who are AFK.

You have to change asteroids when they have been depleted and you have to retract drones as NPC's switch targets now. What reward is there for auto piloting? Arriving at the destination???? 4 - why do you think that / see above.

Yes. The only safe place to be when AFK is in a station. 2. If you are interacting with the game while in space you are part of the game world, therefore a potential target. 3/4. Since there is risk to being AFK, yes. If there was no risk to being AFK then there should be no reward. While there are some AFK things that you can do and gain reward from (tanking drone boat missions, mining, hauling) the risk is still always potentially there that someone could interfere with you (game world interaction). Note this is so long as the actions being taken while AFK are internal to the game and not externally driven (bots). AFK cloaking, while annoying to some, does not gain the pilot anything other than skill point training time and runs the possible risk of a decloak (either by flying too close to an object or a game hiccup). I have yet to see a legitimate report of a player being directly harmed by a cloaked AFK player. Yes, I only have a Vigil, I've had a bad bit of luck Ok?

I'm not totally AFK of course but pretty close. Now, is there a reward for me AFK mining? Absolutely there is, but I wouldn't call it a great one. I might make 100 million ISK today mining, whereas if I were doing something more proactive I could easily double/triple that amount. But the fact is I'm sitting in a belt, not really watching my ship except to check if my hold is full or if lasers have deactivated. As a result, I'm very susceptible to being ganked. It's happened before and will likely happen again. Your OP seems to insinuate that because I'm AFK I don't deserve that measly hundred mil, yet should be open to consequence free (for you) attack. But I'm risking over 600 million ISK in ships, not counting fittings, by AFK mining, so should there be no reward for that risk? Sounds to me like you just want to blow up hulks and not have any consequences for it.
