BoB and Allied fleet warps in and inflicts heavy pain on stragglers at which point Shrike is free. We warp to planet 1 when the RSF fleet warp in on the POS and took the opportunity to gank to RA battleships waiting there. Shrikes DD timer is now up - the battle having raged for an hour. We warp out, DD goes boom and RKK get their salvagers out. :)

I know I for one would have gladly been one of the 260 to be there for a 1h slugfest with pretty good moves taken by both parties. EVE at it's best? Hats off to the Carrier pilot for going in @ hostile POS just to block the retreat to shields, and well done for a well executed DD. P.S -- sad to see some of the "newer" RKK pilots smacking on the forums re: this fight. Old habits die hard...
