Uber Daisey Dirt Nap Squad	Posted - 2007.07.27 15:47:00 - [64] Edited by: Uber Daisey on 27/07/2007 15:47:43 I have a juicy tidbit for people to munch on if they are totally in the dark. http://dl.eve-files.com/media/0707/ExeFile_2007-07-27_07-05-58-00.avi its a short 30 second vid and i'm snuggled up real close to shrike during the last assault before the last doomsday went off. the video stops about 1 minute before the DD goes off and by just looking at the footage you can tell the a dd in that situation would be devastating to 260+ ships with little cap support. i managed to survive the doomsday and wish i had gotten more footage of that, but by that time everyone and everything was de-syncing and you couldn't do a damn thing a great effort by goons and everyone to engage supercaps with little support and cyno jammers, good fight all, hopefully we can slay shrike in the future.

Three BOB dictors warp on insta, dropping three bubbles, encaging the whole RA gang and expecting for some aggro. (OMG WE DIDNT SEE THAT COMING) Noone engages, Shrike gets on the grid. Shrike fires DD. But all RA forces already jumped back in okeo. RA jumps back into 66- Shrike is on the BOB pos, outside of shields (can't tell exact distance) Whole RSF gang warps to the BOB pos and starts engaging the support fleet. BOB support fleet gets heavy damage. RSF gang focuses Shrike (66- has a cyno jammer in it - no capital ships allowed in system - unless they're logged inside the system, like Shrike and Chowdown.) Shrike gets blocked by GS carriers, so he can't get to the shield POS. Fight still rages when we see chowdown logging in. RSF gangs warp out once Chowdown logged in and got out of the POS with his Avatar. BOB fleet warps in and inflicts heavy pain on remaining forces at the POS. At this point Shrike is free. BOB warp to planet 1 when the RSF fleet warp in on the POS. Shrikes DD timer is now up - the battle having raged for an hour. BOB warp out, DD goes boom and RKK get their salvagers out. It was loads of fun, thanks to RSF and BOB. We even had a (GM?) in local, answering Shrike's problems i guess (he got desynched from what I understood) But anyways, the whole fight wasn't planned as such, was still a blast for both parties I guess. [added the missing part] Sounds pretty good. Rare to see a report like this that gives props to both sides

Anyway, big congratz to RAGOONS and allies for trying to tackle a supercapital without any capital help and big congratz to BOB for using their Titan on the front lines after having lost one already. Sounds like all of you are having fun.
