If I don't get a reply from that I will assume the store is fraudulent and take steps to dispute the transaction

Not responding to an email inquiry within 48 hours is very poor customer service. Having a delay in delivery due to holidays is inexcusable unless you warned the customer at the time of purchase that delivery would be delayed for a given reason. I'd cancel the order now - for all you know the store front was hijacked by internet thieves. If not hijacked, then the store needs to receive lesson in customer care anyways. There are only so many hours in a day, and so many people still submit petitions for bugs and ideas (things that should not be petitioned).

The players' payment is still listed as Pending, e.g. CCP has not taken it. So forget about customs. This is all CCP and their web-store.

I never had any problems with my order which was processed within a reasonable amount of time. Of course I was smart enough to not have placed my order right at the peak of the Holiday Season when most companies are temporarily closed down.

I sent my first email and got no response that day and into the next. I sent another email with the subject "Please CANCEL order XXXXXX." Within a few hours I had a response. I had a tracking number for the part of my order that shipped within the US (it had actually shipped two days before but the site was not updated) and was informed that the things in London were ready to go and were being held pending my response about whether or not I wanted them with the new information. I felt kid of bad for a bit of a mean tone I took in my last email to them then. This just happened a few hours ago.

It was kind of a test buy because they have lots of cool stuff, but I had never ordered an item from overseas before. I wanted to see how beat up a package would get. Shipping was obscenely high. It took over a month to arrive. In fact, I had almost forgotten that I had made an order by the time it arrived. I had given up on it because I never received an update or tracking number. I keep hoping to see a "Eve store has fixed its problems" or "Eve store : Great customer service" post, but until then I would stay away. EDIT Does any one know if CCP runs the store, or do they contract it out? I'm just curious.
