Well, being from Colussus Technologies I can fully understand your anger olyyy.
However, don't expect any compensation since you're talking about TC and SA here.
Colossus left Xetic (which I regret as something sad but unavoidable) partly due to these instances of arrogant and uncontrolled behaviour by SA members (TC being one of the corps involved on several occasions)
I always had a sense of agreement with the standing and accomplishments of the Stain Alliance. Their lack of respect for the NAP has reduced my respect for their professionalism greatly.
We are now in the Curse Alliance. They have indeed proven they can honour their word without any lame excuses for unfortunate incidents. That's why i am glad to be here.

I wish to thank you Eris Discordia for that edit.
As the delay is growing since our request, our productivity loss has grown has well. We have to add an other 20M to the previously 60M requested for a very equitable request of 80M in compensation for this sadening event.

It was one of the 9 Stain vessels which came into Curse yesterday evening to go all the way to PO4 (3 jmps into Curse) and then make a run back to U-Q after staying approx 10 mins.
They shot this Xetic Indy at the gate in OSHT for no reason, I guess they were a little jumpy as they ran with their tail between their legs.
I beleive 4 out of the 9 escaped Curse with their ships, poor Lord Zith would be able to confirm how the Indy was destroyed though I guess.
Im sorry to hear about your loss Xetic, the SA pilots have a habit of panicking Im afraid.

funny, BUT you guys say you have a nap and then go to b-3 gate in u-q to camp the entress towards stain, your NAP means nothing and you loosed alot of ship camping there and will loose more if you continu this stupid lies

Sajuuk, if you were not aware that setting standing to 10 is the new way to make an alliance with a corp, by extend setting -10 is declaring war. You may freely set your corp standing toward me to -10.
Why should we involve XIF when we have made, clearly, this request in our, the Empire, name. I do not see why should XIF declare war to SA. As far as we are concerned, we are requesting these compensations from Stain Alliance, but Stain Alliance is free to deal with The Collective, as they are those who acted in this. Stain Alliance "does not have" to pay for this, but, The Collective is part of the Alliance, and thus they have to answer to them, we are requesting this money from their alliance, but we hope that Stain Alliance will be resquesting this money from the agressor, in this case, The Collective.

Might I point out that this system is NOT in effect as yet, it is still in the development stages, and was fielded to the public to comment on prior to implementation.

Your post from 30/01/2004 18:02:00 clearly states that you have updated your request for a whole 20 million more ISK.

What on earth would make them cry for a NAP? SA has trouble maintaining control of its MAIN system, DSS (which we held for 6 hours+ yesterday, killing several BSs, several Indys and many cruisers). So how is it going to kill XETIC?

You could always try taking the issue up with the CEO of the corp directly or the Stain Council. You would probably get better results and save us all the pain of the coments from the peanut gallery that are desperatly trying to stir up more trouble and drag more people into their conflict.
So here is this nuts opinion. It's a war zone. Travel at your own risk. NAP means you arent being specifically targeted and reasonable efforts will be made to not fire at you. A NAP is no guarantee of safety in the area nor does it provide for compensation in the event of an accidental shooting. But hey, thats just my opinion. Talk to the right people and get the correct answer.

Scragg, if the CA did this you'd be right there calling us pirates wouldnt you? But, since its Stain, I see you can dig for excuses. Ask Xetic how many ships the CA has killed of theirs. Then ask how many SA has killed. Then, look in the mirror and try not to hate what you see.

Scragg i suggest u read on the Stain Alliance forum the specifics of the agreement of the Non Agression Pact (NAP). If it is not posted up there i can post or eve-mail u the details.
As Tyrell corperation is no longer member of CC i have seen in your corp discription. But member of SA.
