I hereby request 60M in repairs for the destruction of a civilian ship by Arachnea of The Collective, member of the Stain Alliance. Thus violating the NAP between XIF and SA.
This a one time request and is final.
This request is only made by the Empire and not XIF.

60mil, so i take it the lost ship wasnt a battleship, as a battleship is like 100mil.
so it was either
A: shuttle
B: Frig
C: Cruiser
D: Indy
A is like 10k
B is like 300k
C is probably 5mil tops
D is like 1.5-2mil i think
so um, the remaining 58mil is for emotional trauma? The loss of enjoyment of life?
Now, unless you got Viceroy as a layer, I doubt you gettin jack. And even with Viceroy as a layer, you still prob gettin jack.

it was iteron Mark 5, hauling 1500 arkonor, with 3000 more units to haul. Podding caused Skill loss due to a bug (YES clone was UP-TO-DATE !). Sadly it was the iteron Mark 5 skill, causing a loss of productivity and time. My personnal estimation is a 100~150M isk loss atm.
doh btw, pilot who commited this has no excuses, when u see an indy moving at 95m/s, generaly u have time to check corp and details, especialy since the indy is not considered as a potential threat *yet*.

You lost about 20mil in minerals
You lost skill points, which will be replaced by CCP if you petition since a bug like that is easly traceable and easy to prove, if indeed your clone was up to date
The other 3000 Ark was not lost, only delayed in its shipping. now.....
You have lost about 21 Million ISK in goods
and you want 60 Million in return

You forget expander value....even a mark V does not fit 1500 ark without high-price expanders.

Yes Enraku it was in Curse but it was done by a Stain vessel, learn to read dude.
It was one of the 9 Stain vessels which came into Curse yesterday evening to go all the way to PO4 (3 jmps into Curse) and then make a run back to U-Q after staying approx 10 mins.
They shot this Xetic Indy at the gate in OSHT for no reason, I guess they were a little jumpy as they ran with their tail between their legs.
I beleive 4 out of the 9 escaped Curse with their ships, poor Lord Zith would be able to confirm how the Indy was destroyed though I guess.
Im sorry to hear about your loss Xetic, the SA pilots have a habit of panicking Im afraid.
So HMV consider Andy Williams and Dean Martin to be "easy listening" do they? Tell that to my mate Dave, he's been deaf for 20 years.

Well, for some reason only Collective guys have a strange panic reaction, the other SA guys have i think everything under control.
If i had a panic reaction and what just has been applied, a indy that causes u 2 panic. (there must be something wrong with yea, don't u think) As for 60 mil, mostlikly it was a BS. (*node*: Haven't yet checked it with our alliance member)

It suprizes me to hear it was TC as they have always been one of the more careful corps we used to fly with in the SA.
I do find it ironic that the CA who are constantly maligned as pirates are the ones that seem to be able to honor a NAP while the accusers are constantly shooting down non hostile traffic.

First, I'm not used to be attacked by alts, just post with your main character or tell me from who u get those informations.
As for xetic indies, I'm sorry but a war state was existing between DA (especially Omega Investments) and XiF. That means they were shooting at us, and us at them. I'll add that I never podded any XiF indy pilot. As for your information about trying to shoot at indies, well I shot at frigs, cruisers and BSs. Operations in Immensea were not pirate raids, just regular military scout operations.

Well, being from Colussus Technologies I can fully understand your anger olyyy.
However, don't expect any compensation since you're talking about TC and SA here.
Colossus left Xetic (which I regret as something sad but unavoidable) partly due to these instances of arrogant and uncontrolled behaviour by SA members (TC being one of the corps involved on several occasions)
I always had a sense of agreement with the standing and accomplishments of the Stain Alliance. Their lack of respect for the NAP has reduced my respect for their professionalism greatly.
We are now in the Curse Alliance. They have indeed proven they can honour their word without any lame excuses for unfortunate incidents. That's why i am glad to be here.

As the delay is growing since our request, our productivity loss has grown has well. We have to add an other 20M to the previously 60M requested for a very equitable request of 80M in compensation for this sadening event.

Sajuuk, if you were not aware that setting standing to 10 is the new way to make an alliance with a corp, by extend setting -10 is declaring war. You may freely set your corp standing toward me to -10.
Why should we involve XIF when we have made, clearly, this request in our, the Empire, name. I do not see why should XIF declare war to SA. As far as we are concerned, we are requesting these compensations from Stain Alliance, but Stain Alliance is free to deal with The Collective, as they are those who acted in this. Stain Alliance "does not have" to pay for this, but, The Collective is part of the Alliance, and thus they have to answer to them, we are requesting this money from their alliance, but we hope that Stain Alliance will be resquesting this money from the agressor, in this case, The Collective.

Might I point out that this system is NOT in effect as yet, it is still in the development stages, and was fielded to the public to comment on prior to implementation.

You could always try taking the issue up with the CEO of the corp directly or the Stain Council. You would probably get better results and save us all the pain of the coments from the peanut gallery that are desperatly trying to stir up more trouble and drag more people into their conflict.
So here is this nuts opinion. It's a war zone. Travel at your own risk. NAP means you arent being specifically targeted and reasonable efforts will be made to not fire at you. A NAP is no guarantee of safety in the area nor does it provide for compensation in the event of an accidental shooting. But hey, thats just my opinion. Talk to the right people and get the correct answer.

Scragg i suggest u read on the Stain Alliance forum the specifics of the agreement of the Non Agression Pact (NAP). If it is not posted up there i can post or eve-mail u the details.
