The fourth alliance tournament will be held on the first two weekends of September, starting on friday, 31. August.
Sign-ups are open. Alliances signing up have to send their ISK deposits to GM Nova no later than 24. August. Fail to do so and risk losing your slot to another alliance.

We signed up and sent isk as you originally instructed everyone to do in the other thread. Can you please confirm that you recieved our isk and sign up request, and also please let us know if we can change sponsoring factions since you have only recently given enough datails about what the sponsoring faction will do for us.

Moving thread to EveTV and the PvP Championships forum.
If there are any problems with signups, please let me know as soon as possible.
Those who have allready signed up with me may sign in again if they wish and do not have to pay the signup fee again. I will in any case manually enter their teams into the database and they have a guarantied spot. Signing up again would be good as you can enter the team captains name there.

When will you release the dates and TIMES of the matches? It would be nice to know what time the tournament starts to give us an idea of what to do about work; instead of releasing the info the day before the start.

Lastly, allow me to remind CCP one last time that they have an entire carefully-selected rules team of experienced PvPers, numbers junkies, and forum personalities in the form of the ECL rules team, and it's going completely unused. I don't know if this post will be taken as grounds to eject me from that team, but I think any of us would jump at the chance to help manage this tournament, even at this late stage.

Dear GM Nova,
Would it be possible to close the sign-ups as soon as 32 alliances have signed up?
My alliance is now in the planning stages where people may have to take time off work/school to be able to attend. Getting the actual times of the fights/schedules increases overall anticipation for the tournament and helps my pilots plan their vacation(s).
Please create and release the schedule.
