Hi Wraith. Sorry to see you move out, I was looking forward to more epic fights against you guys.
Personal Opinion: TRI should just rent the space to you instead of forcing you to move out. I dont like moving that much, neither does anybody. Would it be too much of an insult to have ESA become a "renter" in Deklein?
Either way. See you on the battlefield.

While i was around deklein the only ones that defended their space in less then 3 minutes from hostiles arriving was ESA + the long camps on gates to defend your sistem made a quite good impresion on everyone that fought you, as for sparta they suck big time i`l glad their dead or will die soon. never have i seen such a big lack of fighters in one alliance.
Regards and Good Luck in your future.

First of all I can say it's a nice writeup and I can see that you left your ego a side.
As you know for too long we have fought, see me as an enemy, a.sshole whatever you like but I honestly advice you to reconsider your recruitment policy, stop taking noobs and carebears. Current members of ESA hopefully learned something from battles and you can consider them as little experienced. However if you keep taking noobs, you won't reach anywhere. That was the biggest problem of ESA since 2 years. Trust me.
Holding a 0.0 space needs dedication from at least 70%,80% of alliance members and it cannot be done with t1 ships. Don't take people if they are afraid to lose their t2 ships and use t1 crap for fleets instead.
Goon was using t1 ships but they come like thousands of people. How many are you? Stop using t1 ships.
You are not bad. I am sure one day you'll lead STORM to good position, however you gotta learn from your mistakes. Make a list, what did you do wrong in this campaign? Didn't you see this coming when MC was left the area? Mark points that needs improving and focus on them.
*edit added last paragraph.
If I were TRI I wouldn't even bother keeping people out of the areas, just jump back and defend POS's and stations when they get attacked. Also charge hefty rent for people that want to use their station services. Committing to protecting your renters is such a hassle, just charge them, let them use station, and don't kill them. Don't ask for their help, don't promise them anymore than that. And then go have fun elsewhere.
Or if you don't want to charge rent or any of that BS then just clean out the area, slash and burn style, and go kick somebody elses ass. If I had a powerful alliance like yours I wouldn't even bother with sovereignty unless it was helping me defeat a current enemy. Kick them back to empire then pack up, head out to evict others elsewhere, and let the previously cleared out area fill up with more targets.
I mean look at BoB that holds so much space, they chain themselves down to area that they "own" instead of heading out and pew pew, they get stuck in these 500 in local blobs trying to defend a fking pos.
I say, just go have fun and don't marry yourself to any particular area, its a mistake imo. (for those who would rather offense than defend)
Because posting on the forums is serious business. |

To Tri: Much respect on your PVP skills and really on the ideology of surrounding yourselves with targets to keep you on your toes. Good luck to you in the north.

Sorry to see you leave the north Wraith, but i can certainly understand you reasons for doing so. Your looking out for your guys and that has to be commended. Out of all the alliances in deklein only ESA managed to gain any sort of respect from TRI.
Keep your chin up and good luck in the future. ---

I want to comment on this. The purpose of us going out in T1 ships was not because 1) We were afraid to lose T2 ships/gear or 2) We are all noobs. It was in fact 1) We purposefully left on suicide missions for fun. Many times we would get podded on purpose after losing the ship so that we could get back to the station faster to get another one and come back and 2) We did like to use it to train some of our newer members how to a) pvp better and b) learn to fight as a team.
Ask people who came into our home systems what they met up with. I which I had a log of the local chat between two groups of hostiles where one tells the other something to the effect of "Don't jump into O-2 unless you want an ass whoopin, several ESE caps on bubbled gate with lots of support."
What playing Amarr feels like.
