if you mean the splash at startup (which it sounds like you do) it should be saved somewhere locally on your computer in an eve folder. probably as a jpg or something. I recall coming across it before.

I think that giving all skills at lvl 5 isn't the best idea. However, if all skills that the user currently has trained to at least lvl 1 were boosted to lvl 5 that would be good. imo.
