Apocalypse = Amarr
There is no other ship that represents Amarr ideals. Why make it everything but a laser toating tank boat?
Drones, while always a prereq for any race at least Amarr could train up tech2 and avoid the uber timesink skills like Drone Interfacing 5.
Nos/Neut, great, just in-time for the nerf.
Missles, great, now i get to spend another month or 2 training up T2 torps/cruise.
Im sure others will like it but for the guy with 40million sp in Amarr and armor tanking, for the guy with a 2billion Navy Apoc setup collecting dust in the hangar, these changes suck.
Someone else here said it best, why not just remove lasers from the game entriely and give Amarr users there 6-10million sp in gunnery back.
Uniqe changes that are outside the box but horrible horrible horrible.
Are the changes at Amarr aimed at giving Caldari pilots more choice in-game? It seems so.

That Apoc looks way too overpowered. It will simply kill the cap of anything that it comes across and rip it apart with drones/torps. I suspect a shop.
The Vaga nerf also smells of bs, there is nothing wrong with it in the first place. They really aren't that hard to kill.

The sad part is, the part of me that told me it was probably a shop also told me how good it is to see CCP rounding out its options, I wanted them to be real

I'm not sure I see it either BUT notice a lack of transparancy on the apoc description... I just felt it looked wrong without being able to pick out details.
Im just glad I didn't believe it Well - I still say the Apoc deserves some more launchers. Give it laser RoF and a cap bonus. Then give it 5/4 gun/launcher and 150 m3 dronebay. 7/5/7 or 8/4/7 base.

The first thing I thought when I saw the new bonuses was that they had turned it into a Dominix. Not too impressed with the proposed change at all

With this post being made (although fake, not annoyed about it at all tbh) Think we can all agree that the Apoc is probably the most useless pvp battleship in game atm.
It certainly needs a change. I think the fake idea change was a good way to go *except the nos bonus*
But slot layout, drone bay even missle hardpoints were a step in the right direction definetly, just hope CCP notice that this Battleship needs alot of TLC.

Agreed... these setups are fake / wont ever hit tq.
The vagabond change wont change the way vagabond pilots fly, really it wont, it will just give us 2 missile launcher that wont miss while we are going 6km/s. DPS is changed very little and the ship is still uber fast. There is nothing wrong with the ship as it is, but that change would be pointless.
The apoc is just ********. Its basically a MEGAphoon. If you do that to the apoc I want the phoon boosted to boot. Eitherway, wont happen. CCP would have made a big announcement anyways.
