Beni, no need to apologise. Municipal or Merchant, it's the same thing. One thing I would suggest is your assumption that shares need to be up for sale so they can be bought. This isn't the case, as most shares are easily bought with buy orders rather than from sell orders. And I would even recommend doing that in most cases, unless a bargain comes along.
HippoKing has sexier hair than Farjung. That is the truth.
StevieSG was displaying the recommended amount of chest, obviously in an attempt to compete with Spiral's raw sexuality.

After lying about BMBE's assets to the tune of over 20 billion ISK, covering up major losses, and going multiple months without any communication, Tornsoul deserves scrutiny, not praise.
If it wasn't for Ray's hard work, BMBE would still be where it was before he took over its day to day operations: near-zero income and near-zero communication with shareholders.

So aside from more forum spamming .... where is your proof that TornSoul has been lying? I'm also pretty sure you don't have access to the BIG forums where all of TornSouls posts and Rays about it were made.
Ray put alot of hard work into it, make no mistake....but TornSoul deserves credit as well. |

Welcome to a few months ago, when it was revealed that there was a default on a loan that was made on two Skiff BPOs just before the Skiff nerf, for 30 billion ISK if I recall correctly.
A few things were noted:
a) This default happened ages ago but Tornsoul told nobody, and all the NAV statements after that point showed the NAV at over 100b, not at 70-80b where it actually was. In other words, Tornsoul lied on the monthly statements. b) Why was Tornsoul dumb enough to let this happen? Was this "loan" actually given to an alt? This was given up as tinfoil hat speculation, but many people are still not satisfied, since Tornsoul refuses to say who the loan was to.
Tornsoul's dishonesty is old news at this point; its been dealt with and accepted, and the numbers corrected.

I disagree, I think more is definately needed!
I've watched all the episodes thus far, and while I hate having to pay to re-watch an episode, I anxiously await the new show every week and happily pay for it. It's definately improved week after week. My only problem with it now, is that it's too short! I want more!!
Thank you all for your hard work.

While Spiral is correct : I can't leave DS's BS uncontested, or people might actaully believe it.
Dont make it a discussion - Just let my points stand, as well as DS's. Or delete it all.
"Tornsoul told nobody" Wrong. What's true is, I didnt tell enough (ie. the public in general). And that was a mistake, which I've acknowledged.
"all the NAV statements after that point showed the NAV at over 100b" *******s. How about - You read the market discussion forums more carefully to stay up to date with these sorts of issues. This number was mentioned *once* as actual NAV in a monthly report. It shouldnt have, it was a slip-up. Another mistake (over a years time) - And I have also acknowledged this one.
"Was this "loan" actually given to an alt?" "Tornsoul's dishonesty is old news" Please... I might not be perfect (I make the occational mistake as already acknowledge above)
But dishonest I'm not. So give it a rest already.

Sorry, that's what I meant. I don't care if you tell your dog or your friends, I care if you tell the people who paid for the money sitting in BMBE's wallet. Originally by: TornSoul "all the NAV statements after that point showed the NAV at over 100b" *******s. How is the statement incorrect? Every single NAV statement between the loan default and the admittance of the loan default had a false NAV. Even if that is only one statement, that's still all of them. Originally by: TornSoul "Was this "loan" actually given to an alt?" "Tornsoul's dishonesty is old news" Please... I might not be perfect (I make the occational mistake as already acknowledge above)
I'm just stating the facts, that many people made tinfoil hat speculation on that topic. I didn't say I believed it.
The simple fact is that you lied about BMBE's NAV and didn't tell investors about a major loan default. Yes, you've admitted it was a mistake, yes you've apologized, and yes its been dealt with. However, that doesn't mean you were any less at fault, nor does it mean that people can claim that your record is clean. If you don't like people criticizing you for your actions, maybe you shouldn't have done them in the first place?

Wow - I send it tuesday (late) evening.
And I here I thought TV was all about absolut last second takes
Feel free to do a followup next time

@DS Sheesh... You just cant let it lie can you. I specifically asked to not turn it into a discussion. You said yourself it's all done and dealt with - and apologized for.
Yet you keep dragging it up at the slightest chance. What is it these days, a chip or just a regular crusade.

I'm done here. I'll take bets DS isnt.
