I think you're right. Kinda reminds me of the guys in school who are real tough when they have the numbers, but total chicken****s solo. Then again, kinda explains the homoerotic sig images. 
Watching all this big alliance blustering is fun. But I notice that other than the original announcement, RISE hasn't said anything. Kudos for walking softly and carrying a big stick.

RISE are +23 jumps away from our space, but our reinforcements got there faster than the server could handle 
Went in, couldn't lock anything, but saw all rise caps die.

I would like to request that people lay off the R I S E killboard for an hour or so. That server probably has smoke coming out the vents by now and we aren't able to post our kills or losses.
We try to have the most complete and accurate killboard in the EVE. If you have any mails from the fight that aren't posted within the next couple of hours, please feel free to contact me directly. I will refund any CSPA charges that you incur for forwarded unposted killmails sent after 04:00 EVE time.
