Did a quick search but didn't find the answer anywhere.
It seems that only the social skills of the person accepting/turning in a gang mission determines the standings increase (and reward) for all members of that gang (which is then split evenly). The social skills of all the other gang members are irrelevant.
Ex. Gang of 4 with Char A (Social 2) turns in a mission as a gang. Total mission corp standing increase turns out to be 1.0 and is split among all four members evenly (.25 to each) rather than being modified by each individual gang members social skills (i.e., Char B with Social 5 might get .31).
Can anyone confirm? Thanks.

Well, that explains a few things. I can confirm that my two characters, one with social III, and the other with no social skill get the same standing increase when the guy with lvl III hands in missions. I was wondering why it was doin that

Yes, it depends on the skills of the person taking the mission and turning it in. Which is why I usually take missions for my corp, since I am the one with the ridiculously high charisma and the highest social skills (the one thing that a Gallente Gallente Activist is good for). I get the missions and share my high rewards with my corpmates. ------------
