For what, level 4 missions?
I use 8x 1200 II, x-large shield booster with shield boost amplifier, 4 hardeners, 2 dmg mods, 1 damage control, 2 power diags
Add 2 falloff rigs, those are what makes artillery dps pretty good.

2 X Gyro II 1 X PDU II 1 X Damage Control II 1 X Co-PWNAGE Processor II (Unless you use named booster, or Dread/Caldari XL)
EM Reinforcer Rig Falloff Rig Tracking Rig
4 X Web Drones or 3 Heavy/2 Medium (95m3/100m3) for most dps.

fits just about with 1 faction item

some setup for solo work:
whatever autocannons you like... i use 800 xl booster/cap injector/2invul field/ web/scram dmg control/2gyro/2eccm backup
you can change eccm for anything else you want,but i had loads of fight with ecm drones and jammers,so it worked good for me this way. Damage is good,tank is good... disadvantage is: no mwd... better check the map befor jumping in :)

highs: 800's t2 all
meds: 1x XL t2 Shield booster, 2x t2 shield amps 1x invun 1x em 1x t2 heavy cap injector.
lows: 3x dm 1x cpu t2 1x dmg control
Rigs: 2x therm 1x kinetic resistance rigs
Max skills your boosting 11-12% of your shield hitpoints with all 70-75% resistance.
I will say rarly do i come into engagements that require more than 30km range. Then again i dont 0.0 pvp much.

This. Too bad that it doesn't fit fully t2. You probably throw on a DG XL booster which fits fine but costs 140-150M ouch. If I drop mwd to t1 and XL booster to best named I can fit the rest t2.
4x 650 II, 4x 800 II t1 MWD, t1 named SBA, t2 XL shield booster, Heavy electrochem, 2x invuln II 2x gyro II, 1x DCUII and 2x istab fit with 0 cpu left.

Never seen the point of a MWD fitted to this ship. A BS like this will never be quick so IMHO a wasted slot.
Top:- 8 x 800mmII Mid:- xl booster/dual amp/dual Invul II/ cap booster Low:- 3 x gyro II's/pdu II/ DCU II
Rigs:- 3 x falloff
Good tank, good damage and hits to 45km with Barrage loaded and 30km with your hardest hitting ammo. Excellent in a gang. For sniping in a fleet, use the Pest as you do not make use of the Mael's sheil bonus with arty fitted. -----------------------------------------------

I have found it almost never worth engaging with AC much beyong the fall off stated. The damage loss makes it hardly worth it. But in theory I suppose you are correct. -----------------------------------------------

Gang 800's in the top
T2 XLSB 2x T2 invul, T2 Injector, (T2 EM, T2 KIN hardeners.) Or swap for boost amp/EM or boost amp/Sensor or dual Sensors combo.
3x T2 cap charge 1x counter balanced gyro, 1x cheap faction (to fit full shield tank for me).
Rigs, 1-2x falloff and 1-2x CCC (or CCC+Cap amount rig for better tank $$$ though).
Ratting
800's
T2 Invul + 2x hardeners, webber, Injector, MWD.
Same lows (dual gyro triple cap charge). Falloff rig and dual CCCs.
Predominately a gang ship so keep that in mind, they work well with what they are made for :)
