First: OOG/IG "services" + other items not covered by the contracts I was recently involved in the purchase of a popular ingame browser game for ISK, negotiated via the sell orders forum. How would this have happened without the forum? How else are services such as TS and KB hosting for isk meant to be advertised? Are these essentials to be binned unceremoniously? What about hauling services? Then, what about the ingame aspects? There are several items that CANNOT be sold through the contracts or market systems. Foremost among these are supercapitals. You provide us with the tools to build more of these (freighter/pos interaction, sov 4) and then remove the ONLY tool to advertise their sale? Yay for contradictions.. And onto point number 2: Economics? Lol. So, you make a song and dance of wanting to respect the player economy and help it along, then remove the ONLY advertising feature it has. Passing trade is essential to any trader's life. I will regularly go into the sell orders/auctions forum to check for bargains. Will i do that for contracts? no. Because contracts is flooded with high-volume orders that it takes far too long to filter through. way to go, ccp. edit: OMG. just re-read the first post, which had been edited since i first had. Wrangler, you just told every single member of the eve community to go **** themselves. And you're the sodding community representative, you should be ashamed.
