How would it be any different than the current sell forums? The sole purpose of the sell forums was, in effect, to provide a place to negotiate prices; the actual sales are invariably handled through contracts. Chribba's version will be handled the same way, will it not?

If it's kept as the same rules applying as far as items selling and you utilize the tools that CCP has given us to make trades then I don't see the problem with using this 4rd party site to sell stuff.
Just have some moderators so that all the spammers (if its possible to spam) are dealt with.
