Did you ever accept Homo Erectus' invitation to a 1 vs 1?
I have never had an invitation to a 1 on 1 with Homo. So I dont know WTF your talking about. I have had no communication from him what so ever.
And the last time any one went to meet mr exploit king they went there and the rest of Evol showed up and Ganked him.
I would not ever meet any of Evol in a 1 on 1. and they never fight alone....all my encounters with 1 Evolution is the afterburner glare as they run away.

TIvian , I do not see how i have gone back on my word. When we talked i thought we had an understanding. I have clearly posted our intentions on the original post.
While I had to prematurely leave our converation( as I had to go to work) prior to us agreeing on how exactly we would arrange compensation for you CEOs lost damage mods. When i return from work i recieve a mail stating that a curse alliance corp has declared war on us.
In regard to your CEOs lost kestrel immediately after the incident we agreed safe passage for u CEOs pod and offerd to trade back the remaining damage mods that were recovered from the can. However Downtime prevented the trade. I even compensated 500k for the lost kessie. However at the time i did not realise the true value of the cargo.
While I think our pilot's comments later where unfortunate, I can hardly blame him. He has been pirating hunting in PF346 longer than the rest of us and the only CA ships he has met have fired on him.
In regard to Evolution , Celestial Apocalypse are neutral, however we will team up to hunt pirates in the area if both parties are agreeable to do so.
I did not have to post anything regarding this whole issue. I did so at the request of TIvian to make clear our intentions to the honest corporations of the CA.
The fact that the majority of the EVE community considers CA to be at best"pirate sympathizers" is not our problem but that of the CA PR departement.
I will happily discuss any of these issues in game with a CA representative at a convient time, as we only wish to attack pirates, but we will vehmently defend ourselves from any hostile corporation.

What I understand regarding SIM is that most of their membership left for another corp/alliance. This is second hand info so I'm not sure.

I'm not in any kind of position to speak for SIM or the CA council, I merely passed down what I heard. Everything I write here on the forums is just my personal opinion, and I am fortunate that I belong to a corporation and alliance that doesn't gag its own people. With regards to SIM, I'm just a low level grunt saying what he heard in the mess hall. Take it for what its worth.

Actually I'm surprised you remembered that CTD. Yes I did die to a CTD. Did I claim you cheated on that occasion? nope. I knew before hand that when two people warp scramble each other it can cause gang mates to CTD. You guys all then suddenly logged on or jumped in. I don't think the CTD was caused on purpose. Its a moot point anyways, it was 6 of you against two of us, the outcome was not unexpected.
As for cheating, I'm talking about crossing in and out of grids during combat, warp/warp cancel to avoid getting hit by missles...etc. Of course each and every time we filed a petition for those, the GM in question agreed that the action was indeed an exploit, but had no way of proving that the exploit occured because the servers don't maintain the logs for that. They also said that if the person admitted to the exploit that is not considered proof because 'he could be joking'. So in conclusion evolution is very well aware of the fact that exploitation in combat cannot be caught in EVE, and even if you admit you exploited you are still safe because thats not 'proof' either. Even if you exploit and are caught, you are slapped on the wrist with a warning or temporary ban. Evolution knows this and thats why they have exploited in the past and will exert every effort to find new exploits and use them in the future.
It was no coincidence that Evolution withdrew from CA claimed areas shortly before many of the grid problems were fixed in the latest patch

No kidding Havocide, though these rant fests do help me pass the slower times at work :)
Hell I am in CA and I get bored of this crap. There was once a time when I tried to counter the "CA are teh pirates" threads, but now I realise that in this game you either kill ships and are a pirate, or you kill ships and have a good PR department and therefore are not.
Hell, I'll just stick to the killing and hope that the rest works itself out.
Arg me matey! I keeled a ship in Curse space so I must be a pirate too!

The Phoenix Alliance has 2 rules for our corporations when operating inside or outside of PA space.
1. Don't Pirate.
2. Don't start a galactic war.
Shadowthrone started this thread to explain and diffuse a very small incedent that was resolved shortly after it occured. The PA would like to commend him and Celestial Apoc for their diplomatic efforts towards honoring rule #2 listed above. We consider this matter closed, and our "neutral" relationship with the CA solid and intact.
