Whilst pirate hunting in the PF346/FDMLJ region of Syndicate over the past two weeks, Celestial Apocalypse had some encounters with the Curse Alliance corporation Spartan Industrial Manufacturing [ SIM ]. SIM have been gate camping with pirate corporations such as COW and SPVD.
Having being attacked by SIM we assumed that they were pirates. Celestial Apocalypse has enjoyed some skirmishes in the region with SIM with 3 confirmed BS kills for us and 2 for them.
We assumed that other CA corporations in the region where pirating and have had some engagements with the corporation called P.O.D who have some members with negative security and bounties.
However Celestial has subsequently been contacted by Curse Alliance diplomats with claims that Curse Alliance DOES NOT condone acts of piracy and requested that we do not attack CA ships in the future. Tivian from Black Omega Security has briefed us on this matter and convinced us that SIM have gone rogue and are acting alone.
For the benefit of honourable corporations in the Curse Alliance, we declare that we have no hostile intentions to the Curse Alliance, and as member of the Phoenix Alliance we will respect the official neutrality. This will not apply to SIM.
War has been declared on Celestial Apocalypse by P.O.D. as a result of these recent hostilities and as a combat corporation we will purse this war to its fullest regardless on the status of P.O.D and piracy.
Celestial Apocalypse will continue to hunt pirates regardless of where they hide as we always have.

SIM is 'rogue' Is that like a temporary insanity defense? I'd think either they're in CA or they're not.
I don't think CA bothers too hard to try to whitewash claims that they harbor pirates anymore. Their new playbook seems involve tarring every 0.0 corporation/alliance with the argument that anyone that PVP's or claims a region as some form of piracy. Then they're free to ally with FE or M0o with no worries.

lol. I look fwd to a response from a CA rep on this matter. (doubt will get one though) This will simply be another case of SIM is not in CA due to pirating, till they need to move operations back into curse, then they will "have stopped pirating and are welcome with open arms back into the alliance."
Line is getting old.

You might want to ask the PA members that killed CA members doing missions in empire space "because they were KOS" why CA is attacking PA members. Seems some PA corps are looking for a fight and will be getting what they want. while your at it ask the ORS what happens when noobs in Battleships try and fight.

P.O.D are nothing to worry about, Celes.
They declared war on EV, lost a Thorax, and retracted about an hour later.
Funny how a CA corporation engages in pirate activity and is suddenly "rogue" yet EV killed p0ma in Curse last night.

The only difference between socalled "pirate hunters" and pirates are that the pirates have a short friendly-list and a huge hostile-list, while the "pirate hunters" have a huge friendly-list and a short hostile-list.
They are all PK'ers.
I ROFLMAO when these "holier than thou"-freaks claim otherwise.

Of cource there is a diference (with in the game) We play the good guys and you play the bad guys. well not you becouse you just play to ruin for everyone what they have ruin for you before.

Its no problem, we look forward to fighting, the more wars we have the better, but we will follow PA NAPs or orders.
We only hunt pirates, but any corp firing on us will be legit targets, untill an apology is given.
Blowing things up is fun.

HAve nothing to do with honnest or not. Everyone that are standing while peeing and past 4 years know that both pirate hunters and pirates PK (yes i know what PK stands for)
The diference between pirates and pirate hunters are more then your FoF lists. This is not counter strike (thank god) so the defenitions are a bit broader then Terorists vs counter terorists. We play the good guys , you play the bad guys. Thats one more diference for you, and im sure there are many morem, if you dug a bit deeper.

Shadowthrone, care to comment on the fact Celestial Apocalypse is hanging with EVOL in PF-346 camping the gate to Orvolle shooting everyone as well? You guys were shooting at others aside from my noob spy and had other 'innocent bystanders' blockaded in PF-346.

Yeah, that's a fair point and m0o are definitely going more down that route than before, it's just hard to wipe out 6 months of bad vibes from gate pirating with a couple of romps into alliance space.

For a start and just to makes things easy, ALL the CA corps are either pirate corps or are happy to support pirates but more on this later. We've been blowing these fools up since this whole sorry Alliance was assembled and there not to be trusted or belived.
As for hunting this scum, please feel free to get in touch in-game and we will be more than happy to give you guys intel on where they can be found, or better yet you can come and pop some hulls with us
And to the CA i would say this, if indeed SIM is 'rogue' then here is a little tip for you if you EVER want to gain the respect of you enemies....KICK THEM OUT OF THE CA.....if you dont then see my opening point, can someone please pass me the crayons.

Ok, lets clear some things up.
[CELES] are all PVPers, we enjoy killing things, we decided a while back, due to the ammount of pirates in the game, that making a large bounty/pirate hunting corp would be fun.
We thought, fighting pirates would give us a good challenge, as they are usually good at PVP and are well organised, we wrisk our ships every night, and do have alot of fun.
Our kill ratio to deaths, is VERY good, it runs into billions of ISK(even though i did just lose my tempest ).
the problem seems to be that folks think they can lock us in 0.0, or can talk crap to us, just because we are pirate hunters, and wont kill them, it isnt the case.
P O D, making war with us is rather amusing, we welcome it, saves us using war slots.

Thats not true, we do kill scout alts, like everyone else , but no1 in a legit corp is ever killed unless they fire on us, or talk smack.
Im sure many will back this up, we try and keep systems rat free.
Everyone but pirates are free to come and go as they wish, as for working with EVOL, news to me.

I love all this crap about “I killed more ships than you, look how many billions damage we did”. Reality check here sunshine...it don’t mean crap you soiled schoolgirls panties! CA has been EVE’s punch bag for along time now and its true that there are historical ties with so called piratical corporations, I prefer to called them “the Liberation Freedom Fighters Against the Oppression of the Megalomaniac Tyrannical Alliances other than the CA and Co”(LFFAOMTACAC). But one thing about punch bags is you can only hit them, not knock them down unlike yourselves who will undoubtedly slip up and get a nice royal beating.
