Eh, I tested that one with a rookie ship inside my first day. I was kinda dissapointed when nothing happened, tbh.
I was talking about people who don't know that warping is even possible

Allthough named skillbooks with reduced rank is allmost genious, shame that 1. that'll never happen and 2. they would be stupidley expensive

Roaming gang 23 of us warp into a belt with a Megathron who was ratting we kill him and pod him and his reply in Local chat -

My worst moment? I was around Amarr itching for a fight. Found someone that wanted to do a 1v1 inty fight, so I popped the can he dropped and we started to approach each other. I fired first. Oops.
