First let me say, quit that corp and find one that is fun.
Secondly, people may mature as they age but at 18 most still have a ways to go. If I were to pick an age by which most people are as "mature" as they're going to get I'd say 27, though it can always be earlier, occasionally much earlier.
Ultimately there's always a second side to the story, for all you know he could have gotten desynched and honestly thought he was winning. However, regardless of the circumstances your CEO handled himself poorly under pressure and is clearly not fit to lead in battle nor in a fun corp and you want someone that can bring you both. You should be flying with mates that in RL you'd split a pitcher with or whatever the hell 14 year olds do....when did I get so old?

i dont see a problem with a 1v1 duel.
ill put an AF on the line for a 1v1 duel to the death. if i lose, you get to loot my wreck and tell me to stfu and my corp will laugh at me. if you lose, no one will care =P

For second round make the following rule. Killing is allowed, but the second someone says stop you have to stop shooting. Whoever says stop first loses automatically. So either you lose your ship if you're too prideful or you ask your opponent to stop which = victory automatically for the other guy. Then if you did not say stop when you entered hull, you assume full responsibility for being blown up. Simple rules like this will prevent him from bragging later on that he won when he lost.
And wtf is he doing in an Ishkur without a web of his own? You had no ab or mwd fitted means he would have been able to dictate range. He lost because he had no web fitted.

It seems, from where I stand (well sit actually) that you're being every bit as immature as he is about this damn fight. Your post here proves it. You're basically running around screaming "look at what I did!!! I am teh w1n!" You won, he was a bad sport about it, get over it.
As for the BC VS AF discussion, I'd laugh quite hard at anyone who manages to lose a drake to an assault ship, properly set up they eat HACs like (insert thing that eats something else in a very vicious manner here).
On nem:
He's immature.
He's a pain in the ass.
He has half the shares of our corp

Actually we spend a fortune keeping our POSs online, and we have a corp tax that jumps between 5-10%. Now I'd be the first to admit that nem can be an ass, but a crook he is not. If memory serves it was nem who'd given judes the BC, as well as its fittings to judes in the first place, as he didn't have a ship to rat in nor the isk to buy himself one.
One last thing:
Judes, I'm sure that you've not realized this yet but you're really only making it worse by trying to drag this out in every way you can. If you'd just left it at a bit of vent harassment I'd have probably sided with you, but you're going out of your way to get as many people as you can to point and laugh at nem, which is IMO even worse then nem's dilusion that he could/would have won. I'm going to tell you EXACTLY what I told him: The fight's finished, it's done, get over it. (On a different note if you want to keep gloating, I'd be more then willing to downgrade my myrm to tech I fittings for a dual, to prove to you that in spite of his tech II fittings a BC should still be able to kill an AF)

Sounds to me like you don't have a very CEO-like CEO. As for you, the fact that you posted this alone says to me you shouldn't be in that corporation anymore. Once you reach the point where you have an in-corporation conflict that can't be solved simply by talking it out, and you have to resort to telling the entire Eve General Discussion community about it... it's time to move on.

Technically there was only 1 BWL on any of those carriers (Jehle who appeared on 2/3), so that seems like perhaps a bit much credit there ;)
Slammers has been pleasant enough to donate 4 carrier kills and a free dreadnaught in the last few weeks. Good fun for all.
