On a scale of 1 to 10 I rate the ship a 2.
Seems to require almost no skill at all to use (unless you're pulling level 5 missions with it which I doubt) and the mods all scream, "I have too much money and no better way to spend it." Whether or not that's the case is beside the point, they still scream.
Now, the time, effort, and skill it took to acquire all the money for that (presuming most if not all of the mods were purchased and not 'earned') I'll rate a tenative 9 because that's a pretty hefty chunk of work and even if half of them were bought with cash->isk exchanges via EULA-violating web-sites or GTC transactions it still seems like a fairly heft chunk of change and the rating would only drop to 5 or so.

If you would have NOT added a screenshot, we would have just passed this off as yet another fantasy fit nobody in their right mind would be crazy enough to even attempt to gather on one single ship.
This ship loadout expresses pretty much everything that's wrong with EVE's PvE.
Sure, it won't get destroyed in a lagspike in a L4 mission (I'd be very surprised if it did, but stranger things have happened), but if you continue flying it, it pretty much begs for a suicide gank eventually (so lag will be the least of your problems).
You *were* screenshotting it flying in Jita, you must know somebody WILL scan you for modules one day.
My advice ? Same as pretty much everybody else's advice.
Either go get yourself killed in the line of duty in some lowsec... or sell the gorram thing already.
Like it stands right now, it's only a disaster waiting to happend, so you might just as well get it over with, fast.

seeing as the screenshot shows another char piloting it i think ppl will have to do a lot of raven scans then

It's an imba setup but I wouldn't dare undocking in it. Loosing 20 tier1 fitted ships with insurance to suicide gank it would probably be proffitable though, so I wouldn't dare undocking with it :<.

As opposed to the other 'my way or the highway' types in this thread, I apreciate this kind of pimp ship. Collecting those pimp mods at least for me is infinitely more fun than boring myself to death in gatecamps or fleet freezes.
Still I find the setup somewhat lacking. A real pimp torp mission mobile should have 2 missile velocity rigs and 2 painters, as well as 4 BCUs imho.
But I guess since you have to give up on permatanking fitting these gank enhancers, it is not for everyone.
Also, I am getting 1514 dps with drones for your setup at max skills, makes me wonder why you only get 1390?
The way I would fit it, replacing the Estamel (why not Setele's anyway, it is better) 425mm with a Domination 720mm, the cap recharger and one of the hards with a second Kaikka invul and a second painter, the Draclira PDU with another Vepa BCU, and all three rigs with hydraulic bay thrusters II + I and a CCC-I, I get 1590 dps with drones, and 4075 m/s torp velocity instead of under 3000.

expensive modules, crap setup !
look at your resistances, they r bad !
why do u have a cap recharger in med slots, where is the shield boost amp ?
with a ship which cost 10-20 times less, i bet i can perform better !
try:
high: 7 torps, 1 whatever
med: 1 shield booster, 1 amp, 2-3 hardeners (3 invul. for merceneries and mixt damage missions, with that kind of invul. fields should be enough), 1-2 target painters.
low: 3 BCU, 2 whatever u need to fit that stuff
rigs: 3 CCP rigs. I wouldnt use em rig, because it gets heavily stacked with 3 invulnerabily fiels, so u get almost nothing from it

Cause im pretty sure i can get those resists (or pretty close) with T2. Shouldnt kaikka invul give far more resists?
Btw that wasnt very clever dude...You do realise that people killed freighters in highsec before, you carry such a insane ammount of money on that ship, that you will get suicide ganked if you dont watch yourself.

At that amount of money I can use a way better machariel and even a Dread like Pheonix.
That is a poor set up. 64% to kinetic ??? You'll be dead in no time. Just 3 bc and you are dead in 7-8 minutes.
One more question ? Does that ship ever gets out for pvp ? I know a few people using superships, but all are docked and never leave the ships bay.
