FYI - We have members who do and members who don't honour ransoms. There is no corp stance on it.

However we were flying ships we couldnt afford to lose....and had a BLAST! Although the 1st kill was infact a pirate drake camping a gate...so anti piracy really And the 10 mil ransom i offered a kestrel wasnt accepted Thats my kind of pvp, proper on the edge of your wallet/solo/small gang fun. Makes a pleasent change from the blobtastic Expect to hear about the ducks more and more... Local full of QUAKKS!

People get used to seeing pirates near the systems they live in. They either move, pay extortion fees, or get used to losing thier ships on a daily basis.

I let a hulk go the other day after he paid a sweet 100m. Was quite a funny fight. He had a ferox buddy warp in and his buddy started suicide ganking my tristan. I was lucky they weren't in the same corp so I wasn't flagged to him and this being .8 highsec concord showed up not long after popping his ship. - - - - -
