OP, no decent corporation will ever demand money for joining since it costs nothing to bring people in, they may tax you after joining but that's about it, next time, go with your gut instead of listening to a scammer trying to reason with you.

I agree. It has to do with what CCP defines as "hardcore" which is just CCP sanctioned griefing. This game has so much potential but there is a fly in the ointment and CCP refuses to see that EVE currently caters to "douchbags" most of all...which takes away from the game as a whole.

Apart from which, you should only ever give out your LIMITED API details. Full API is a big no-no. Big red flag should pop-up in your mind if you see a requirement for your Full API. Good thing you saw that part of it.

Full API for null sec corps is standard.

Lets see: When googleing "joining Goons", the very first result that comes up is this... hell, they even tell you that you will be scammed if you send ISK.

Nobody forces you to make your ISK through stupid missions or whatever.

OK fair enough you think missions are stupid, there are plenty of other legitimate ways to earn isk even pirating is a trade that some people cant be bothered to learn properly these days!

BTW: as recruiter i request full API too. This doesn't mean i will scam or something. But no one wants to have strangers in corp. Hiding full API is a first sign that person will not be good and open member.... Most likely.
