Raven is love it or hate it. To design something that way is much harder then going for nice or ugly.
I think this makes Caldari ships the best designed ships in the game. Other than the phallic comments about gallente ships no other races draws this much debate.

I don't know what you are going on about but the Moa and Raven are probably the best looking ships in the game unlike the****got gallente models.

/edit: about the raven. The raven is a bird, now the raven actually has 2 wings (not the same size but still  ).....i just realised thats all i could say about it.

Raven is ugly, but in a nasty way. I like it. Drake on the other hand... My roommate put it best when he came to look at me playing and asked "Man, why are you flying a remote control?"

Caldari have some good looking ships.. and some ships that came out of some1 arsenal of poo.
Mimmatar ships are...... some are decent to look at... well........ they all are scrap metal :[
EVEN THE DAM T2 ONES /me crys.
Gallente ships look like poo until you get into something bigger than the myrm :ie: NAVY MEGATHRON FTW!
Amarr ships are just... "My harblinger is more shiney than yours."
Caldari obvious werent looking for pertyness :P

I think the Raven looks great - its "ugliness" is a beauty in some ways. It looks quite original and - dare i say it? - graceful?.
I think its just the fact that everyone & their dog flys them and gets bored of looking at them.
It would look a lot better if we could see the missile racks/banks on them. Even if they weren't modules (like turrets) but simply part of the model. (ships like the Crow, Wolf, Drake and Muninn all have missile banks as part of their model).
Other than that leave it as it is. :)

The raven isnt so different really, but I dont really see a problem with the existing one - the asymmetry makes it interesting. I don't expect to find spaceships 'pretty', but as others have said, it sure looks deadly. The only models I have a problem with are the ones with shoddy texturing.
And personally I think the current scorp is a pretty cool model - looks fit for its purpose imo. Symmetrical-Scorp has this 'legs akimbo' look to it, like it should be riding a bucking bronco or, er something....

Thats exactly what I thought. Maybe if the wings were brought down a bit, like until the the 'winglets' on the main wing's were horizontal? But meh, i kinda like the scorp as-is.
