Its all available on Amazon.com with samples. But - the movies and each season has its own soundtracks. I think the one you are looking is used through all the seasons and is the "Prologue" from Season 1.
1st 4 items are the soundtracks

Too much Top Gun and not enough sci-fi (use humans instead of robots to cut down on film costs, smart) The stories and filmography were pretty good so I kept watching and waiting for the battlescenes (bullets? WHERE THE HECK ARE MY FRIGGIN LASERS?!).
Then Baultar screwed Starbuck. Not as in betrayal but as in Mr. B is humping the chick.
Stopped watching after that.
EvE is my where my TV time goes.
Didn't the original use "bullets" too?

You fail at critsism and analysis. Watch the rest of the series - Starbuck develops into a very dynamic character. If you think that its more Top-Gun than Sci Fi, you're wrong, its just more realistic to appeal to a more mature audience. Old BSG, while nostalgic, was a Star Wars spinoff.
If you watch more of the series you realize that these people have no problems with funding. The effects always deliver. The human-form Cylons are to add a new dynamic so that its no just us vs. evil aliens.
Battlescenes? I vote that massive guns > lasers.
For you, watch -
1. 33 2. The Hand of God 3. Fragged 4. Pegasus 5. Ressurection Ship 1 and 2 (Absolutely amazing sequences) 6. The Captain's Hand 7. Exodus Part 2 8. Torn/A Measure of Salvation
These are the episodes with the biggest space battles, IIRC.

I fully support this statement. --------------- Originally by: CCP Prism X Hey I have an idea: "Let's not endure any more of your spam for the weekend!" Enjoy your time away from our forums.

Actually you fail at critisizing critisism. I did watch alot of it especially the battlescenes and Starbuck is about as dynamic as warm diet coke. Damaged woman with serious issues? Can anyone give me a list of how many times this personality type shows up in dramas these days? Heck, there aren't that many dramas that have normal empowered women who AREN'T damaged goods. There is being serious and tough and then there's being phoney, trying to hard, and crazy issues. They aren't the same thing. That isn't a realistic appeal either. Thats morbid fascination watching a person self destruct. A weird thing that western society seems to be embracing waaaay too much these days (the "my life sucks but damn its I'm better off than them" socialism). How many people are self destructing in the show now? Last I saw it was 4. At least Adama was well written out (geez I love the new version).

I'm not bashing the action sequences at all, they're great. Then again, technology makes this look good to us now just like the old version technology was incredible back then. But battlescenes are like sound bytes. They dont make the entire show.
7. Exodus Part 2 8. Torn/A Measure of Salvation
Face it, there isn't that much real sci-fi out there nor was there in the past. We get stuck with cheap fantasy stuff like Eragon being mass produced. So when some good sci-fi actually comes out and has no real competition we fawn like crazy. I'm suceptible too. Hey I watched "Space Above and Beyond" because...because well it was sci-fi darnit! You think Star Trek TNG had a huge following because it was really that good? DS9 sure but TNG?!

The last episode in season three has the most jaw dropping cliffhanger I have ever seen.

u forgot SCAR, tho it's not massive but 1v1 2v1 and 2v2 ;)
favourite ofc is exodus, only two adama could pull that things off (deploying fighters in atmosphere and the last part of pegasus which i don't want to spoil too much)
but i am a big baltar fan... he's ******* insane. i love the acting. HOWEVER i would have prefered Henry Ian Cusick for that role. i absolutely love his accent ;)

true that. and comming back to the critics on using human cylons to safe production money... well, there must be something true in that, i got really tired of the same copy&paste everytime the fighters entered the hangars ;)
