We need to identify patterns that we can exploit. For instance, I've noticed they are making many bookmarks around our gates and station to catch our snipers. I believe our counter to this is to use covert Ops as strike points instead of bookmarkes that are compromised. (don't lose those Cov Ops). I've also noted that once they see a target no matter how small they ALL swarm to it. my counter to that is to "bait" them with a small fast ship to a point while our snipers warp in 200km from the bait. Leaving them exposed with no bookmark to swarm to. Guys we are being hit with a long term strategic plan and campaign. I know, K-9 has more than 60 moons, that's a lot, and that's very annoying for us but we don't have other choice, if we don't want to have a pos siege every 3 months we have to put a tower in ALL, yes you read right, in every K-9 and 2-R moons, small towers with 2 guns, even only the tower would be good enough, but we have to anchor anything for good. This has to be done. This doesn't completely prevent a massive pos invasion but it would delay enough to organize a real and good defence. Enemies' haulers/freighters/carriers would be unable to easily jump in system, fly to an empty moon and just plant their *** towers in a minute. It does give us at least 1-2 days the time they put in reinforced and kill them if we don't repair before. During these 1-2 days enemies don't have comfortable pos to seat while others are camping stations and gates. These 2 days give us time to undock the capital fleet and heavy ships. It gives time to call our allies to move and coordinate with them. People, this must be our 1st, 2nd and 3rd objective from now. I know to maintain 60+ pos is going to give us a lot of more hardly work, supplemental efforts, much more fuel, many more mining ops, more empire run carriers, more iskà***** goonies ! But people, this is vital for our present and future. I know all of us are sick and tired of fighting goonies since 1 year, ok; be ready cause it seems we are going for 1 more, or longer. No worries btw, we can resist and win, be united, get on TS, ask for gang once online, respect orders from FC's, directors, help each other, be team spirit. Its not how much its gonna cost, its the getting it done, and how much time is needed to anchor and feed 62 towers. BoB is by far the most logisitically inclined alliance I know of, and even they wouldn't go that far. Something far more valuable for us to strive for, is constellation sovereignty. In that case, our enemies would have to spam other systems BEFORE K-9 if we assign it as the capital system. All things aside, we aren't left alone here guys, lets keep that in mind. I completely agree with that but a new outpost based on low moon count will be another base that is defencible like 2-r is with its low moon count. K-9 is always going to be nearly impossible to defend. There is nothing that can be done to fix this other than to remain in a good position if it does gets taken. I am simply stating there is no decent solution for the solar system. But we can strengthen the constellation as a whole making good on the mistakes of the past. We live in the equivalent of the DMZ in Korea or the Berlin Wall. We need to build accordingly. I would suggest starting work on a second outpost next time we get a few weeks of peace. Well, if you're so angsty over this, tell me something: 1) Why would you ally with people who are not willing to support you (as shown during the last weeks) against an alliance CLEARLY bigger than yours? 2) You had the means to know you'd be outnumbered if you tried. 3) You had the means to know you'd be betrayed or left behind as shown before. Let's keep the fun going Catch u around O7 The previous 'invasion' was a few UNL poses up in k-9 that we could attack out of. Goons had a small pos in 2-r solely to resupply our rifter losses. There certainly wasn't sieging going on.

First one was build by Trust, so perhaps it's somewhere possible CorM made the third one, but to be honest I've never heard of CorM making a milestone Mothership, but that's perhaps cause they gave it to BoB to be able to stay in their space after ASCN fell. Oh and uhm, numbers mean exactly nothing. Xetic and ASCN were the biggest alliances during their time, but they frequently got pwned by much smaller alliances (G/IRON anyone?). And it's not like it's RMF vs The Coalition, RMF has thousands of allies in The Alliance, only difference is that The Coalition all come together to kick out the carebear alliances in Bob space like RMF is, and no one of RMF's 'allies' is coming to help you. So far this is the only post even worth my time to read never mind respond to so I feel that it deserves a response. I have heard this several times about us chest beating in forums. Other the the last couple days could you please provide me with the links. We have been very carefull imo not to play the goonies eve-o chestbeating game. Expecially when UNL got the boot we were very careful not to make any pposts. We afaik have never responded to any goon propeganda reguarding anything to do with the war. Anything we did write was written with respect. Our opinions may be different the yours but we have always been careful not to come off arrogant. We do not brag nor do we whine, of course there are exceptions etc. What we have done is try to clear the air about us and our Corp. But no matter what we say it is twisted and perverted for propaganda use by those that oppose us, much as I know this will be. TBH in the beginning our relationship with boB was a temporary one. A bit of time to recover and then decide the future. We had been completely abandoned by ASCN. It wasn't until Drakma, who claimed to be speaking for everyone including the Goonswarm in mid Feb told us that we are KOS to everyone and unless we walk away from our stations etc we would die, that we became active in the fight against anyone who came into our home. Then we actually met the goons and our desire to fight them increased to the point that there was no turning back. They moan and groan about BoB being ebil etc but tbh I have not met a more unsavory group of players in this or any other area in my life. The way we were treated by CLS with the stealing of our BPO's etc cemented the divide that we are now at. If in the beginning those now red to us had of represented themselves with even half the civility that we found in BoB we may have taken a different path. You beat your chests and claim the moral high ground due by the fact that boB did this or said that in 2004 or whatever. Well 99.9 percent of you are reacting to hearsay as most of you were not even in this game. Most of you are products of propaganda. We still cherish or friends in IXE, CLS, VAF, etc and still look forward to better times and more civilized times but atm we are very hurt by the things that the leadership of these corps have allowed their members to say in here and in locals. So back to my original point, We (The Leadership)don't chest beat in here so basically proof or stfu. At least eh dozen or so private convo's I have received after the loss of k-9 claimed. We understand that there is a difference in how pepole really feel and how they portray their feeling in this forum. We find the goons and friends to be fun enemies and ususally very funny. But as I said above I also find them (lots not all) to be among the most unsavory group of people I have ever met. This gamne is about ship to ship warfare. It would be as boring as hell to play it in empire and in asteroid belts all the time. So thankfully RSF have been kind enought to provied all the PVP we can eat. However often times they sit with 10-15 in local and 200 next door and call us out and wonder why we don't bite. But that at least gives them fuel here in forums to say we are cowards and don't undock . However we still love them and hope that they don't become bloated and impotent like ASCN was.
