I disagree. I am impressed, if only cause BoB said Goons would be destroyed like what 1.5 years back. You are now the largest alliance in game and I know that, contrary to popular belief, the Goons are quite organized and if you took let's say 1000 members into the heart of BoB space, you could do much damage.

As far as goon propaganda goes people accused goons of putting out pure propaganda about the following:
- Goonswarm taking back XGH from BoB
- Goonswarm taking back 9-9 including destroying over 30 BoB large towers
- RSF forces Taking 66- in omist.
- BoB withdrawing from the rest of Omist
Each of the above was claimed to be just goon propaganda and we were told to wait and see. All you need for proof of how it turned out is the sov map.

Now RSF forces have claimed that BoB is withdrawing from feyth, Red Moon Federation is being kicked out, and RISE is evacuating. Based on recent history, I'm going to put my money on the RSF.

I think all of us in the leadership now realise, that we will not hold onto core. The Goon plans for us that BOB sent last week would need every single member of the alliance to be in the triangle and even then we would need some luck. BOB are very clear they cannot commit any forces to RIT area until IAC are defeated and that will be too late.

I have opened conversations with ISS and they will welcome us into their home systems with a few conditions.( We were trying to negotiate to take over PMV from BOB ISS were caretaking it for them. but that has obviously gone by the wayside). We would have to negotiate on moons for POS's and belts for mining. Certain systems would be off limits for ratting. We would be expected to use ISS ventrillo for area defence.

Rent would be payable to ISS on the same basis that ISS corps pay. In return they will give us the same deals on cap ships as ISS corps receive.

Once BOB are finished with IAC the priority will be to take back our space, until then we have to have a realistic fall back position and I believe the ISS offer is the best going.

The biggest problem we have is to convince our already ****ed off members that this is the best military option.I am open to suggestions on the best way to present this to the alliance.
