I tested another metode. As "my farmers" in gem seem to go to SS and cloak/logg all the time...but relogged in now and then to check if I was gone. If I left local for 10min and came back I would find the 2 farming ravens was happlie ratting again.
So I after some days of hit and runs getting a few kills...they starting getting very fast at cloaking. So I startd putting up anchoring bubbles in the belts....however I could only use small ones and it was damn many belts so unless u got very good time and m3 its not worth doing. But if ure rly rly rly ****ed off... I would recommend...putting either medium or large bubble in all the belts...(pray no gank squads pass by while u put em up,) then leave local for some min...and hope the farmer log in and warps to the belt to rat...:D...hopfully ure able to warp inn on him before he have killed all the rats..=hes still locked by the rats= he cant cloak. _______________________________ Vids produced by me

Two different types of farming man, but glad you could at least attempt a weak flame out of it.
edit: for tense as I annoyed the **** out of these guys so much I made 4 of them leave Tribute completely.

Your typical isk farmer flies a torp raven with a cloak, 2 WCS and is tanked only for the rats. Some of the stupid ones might neglect the stabs or the cloak; but its best to assume that you'll need at least 3 points or a dictor to catch them. You'll also need to assume that you only have a window of about 20 seconds after entering system before they cloak up at a SS. In higher traffic systems, you'll typically have a little more time as the farmers don't like having to drop everything they are doing every time a shuttle goes by. Here are some effective tactics that I've learned over the years.
1. Reacon + HAC: Recon jumps into system, cloaks and begins to scan them out while the HAC waits next door. Farmers use their scanners too and will sometimes hesitate to bail if they don't see anything. The geometry of the system and how fast you can pinpoint which belt they are in are the biggest factors here. If you don't catch before they cloak/logg, you may get a second chance by having the recon go afk while cloaked at a SS. After an hour or so of inactivity, the farmers may decide to risk ratting again. Now you are able to scan them down at your leisure as they have no way of knowing that you're no longer afk. If and when you've scanned out the farmer, just put the points on him and call in the HAC to provide the necessary dps. RSDs are often handy here to minimize the risk to the recon. Dictors and covert ops may be substituted for the recon, but are less effective for various reasons (unless of course the farmer doesn't have a cloak fitted and you can probe him out.)
Dictor Belt Camp: Just have a dictor sit cloaked in a belt a little off the warp in point. If you stay in the system for awhile, the farmers are likely to get used to you and then its just a matter of time before one lands in your belt. Make sure to have the needed dps on call should catch one.
Belt Rush: You'll need a gang of ceptors/dictors/nanoships for this. Once your scout has located a system with farmers, have everyone jump in at once and each separately warp to the belt that corresponds to the position of their name in the gang window (i.e. first person warps to top belt, 2nd person warps to the next belt, etc.)
Aggressive Ratting: Simply make it a corp/alliance policy to follow isk farmers around and rat in whatever system they are trying to rat in. Worst case is that they get frustrated and eventually leave the area. But sometimes you'll get lucky and they'll try to fight you (exactly what you want), make sure you have some friends nearby to bail you out if things go bad (farmers will typically attack in groups of 2-3 should they decide to fight.) Carry a cyno and drop a carrier on them for extra epic lawls. It is also sometimes possible to flush farmers from systems and into gate camps, but this is hard to set-up and more a matter of luck and good intel on their movements.
Probe and Pop: Farmers typically keep their ammo and loot in GSCs at SSs and often leave haulers and the occasional frig there too. You can scan down these ships and destroy both them and whatever secure cans are also there (check to see if they're locked first.) Also make a point to gank their haulers while they're trying to move ammo or loot. Often you'll get several K of ratting ammo and sometimes phat lewt.
The real key to ganking farmers is persistence. If you just keep harassing and killing them on a regular basis, they will get fed up and leave. At a certain point it is simply no longer profitable for them to rat in your space and economics will deliver the Coup de Gras that no cheap set-ups or lame play tactics can save them from. You wouldn't tolerate roaches in your kitchen, don't tolerate farmers in your space. Fly safe.

Tripple fail.
A. There is no such thing as "pvp" FFS.
B. There should never be a way to avoid combat in a video game, as fighting and killing is the sole point.
C. This is a Chinese farmer, not an actual player.
Spelling fail. Premise fail. Logic fail.
I'm amazed you can ***** about someone else's spelling while using such bad grammar.

i had one not notice me a few days ago, i scanned him at a belt and just as i was about to click warp to zero he came out of warp right at me, he spotted me then though and logged, my crow couldn't lock him for the 30 seconds it took him to align and he made off. Kept logging on and off to get away from the belt too, or to check if i was still there waiting for him. ---

Unless you use 7.5km scrams you're not gonna be able to catch a farmer in a crow, and you certainly won't be able to break his tank.

the point of my post was i couldn't lock him, a 2pt scrambler is useless if i can't lock him. Which is abit of a ****ty bit of game mechanic. I had plenty of backup coming out ontop of him as he was entering warp and i was helpless to stop him. ---

He got lucky then and hit ctrl+q before he had fully exited warp. With the help of a little lagg this could have contributed to you not being able to lock him. My advice is to keep going after him, his luck will run out.
