The joke is, plainly put, to post something insulting about an ally or corpmate that an enemy, in this case most likely a Bobbit/Bobbit alt, was going to post. You steal his post while your own corpmates mock you for your poor forum skills. This is of course intended to target the would-be-smacker, that now is smack-less and in quite a backwards way, humiliated (if that poster even recognizes it that is).
OMG... someone quick deny this before everyone realizes it's true and comes to appreciate goon posting.

Quote: We came down to help you. We came down to fight along side of you despite our past history. We were there to support you.
True, and on the discussion we had on mc ts about this with some of your leadership it was said that you were not looking for space or anything but only fights. Your leadership even stated you didn't need any space down here whatsoever.
Quote: NO ONE in STK mined a single roid. Maybe a couple of guys shot a rat or two in an NPC station system BEFORE you talked to me, but not after.
Your guys were seen in the belts in that system, i'll say mining and npcing covered whatever they were doing. You were doing it without even a short mssg our leadership or anything. Which is something any alliance out there would find at least peculiar.
Quote: My guys were our roaming with Bob and came back to dock for the night and were locked out. They were there when FAT fell, but couldn't dock. This is how you treat your allies?
Docking rights are based on corp to corp settings, which hadn't been set yet at that point. Since your leadership never contacted ours to work out some details, or compromises.
Quote: Toss on top of that the 42b for M.Pire each month? That offer came before the lockouts, so what? You were pressuring us into taking it?
Dunno where you get 42 billion from, but the standard fee for every alliance is 6 billion for the whole alliance per month for a constellation deal. No1 from bob ever said 6 bn per corp per month.

The third alliance that decides to stop shooting at the heroic corp moros and go shoot bobby.
I think I'll go siege some pos' in jove space, Oveur's head will explode in amazement and it will land on his keyboard only to accidentally type "teleport to NOL". While tomb tries to reinstate oveur's madly ricocheting head to it's proper position with his nerfbat(slightly tilted for added amazement), T20 will receive a delve rental bill of 5 t3 prints per month per chair in CCP's office.

I really don't know what you expected gungan.
Seriously you give up in the north all of a sudden(without even losing a station btw) and by the next day nearly you show up and start mining in delve of all places. You leave your allies in the north hanging and expect us to reward you for it. Nah, that costs 6 bill a month no matter how you look at it(its just 6 bill btw, not per corp at all)
Now I was quite happy for you guys to move down and shoot stuff up with us. I was quite happy for you guys to take a little chunk of space for yourselves(your own space, no rent no oversight no interference from us) once you'd put the work in as most of us were. But your guys seem to think that it should all be handed to you on a plate.
The fact that your directors found out that they wouldn't be handed whatever they wanted meant that they decided to run and have a chat with sesfan(Yeah we got the logs). Now i got no hard feelings about that. You do whats best for your alliances and your corps but you can't claim the omg loyalty card here.
Bottom line is that you were out for yourselves here. There was never any loyalty to either us or even MC, the guys who set you up in the north. You bailed on fatal and cow, knowing that they couldn't hold the area on their own, without even having to try and defend one of your stations and you ran down south expecting to be welcomed with open arms by one side or the other.
You were an honest guy when you were in bnc mate. Hell even in ascn you were the man in their leadership that was spending his time helping his alliance instead of trying to demonise us. Now is not the time to buck the trend of a lifetime.

Just fixing up these "missunderstandings" that m.pire leadership obviously fed to their members :P
let me get this strait... the guys who have been busting their ***es fueling towers and hauling my crap out to branch from 0.0 are now lying to me.. and you are telling the truth... and the fact that i asked on bob TS about 5 times for someone to get tinfoil to set us positive so that my alliance mates could REDOCK in 25s and only got silence and none of your alliance leaders at least had the stones to tell me the truth?? yeah.. not buying it. The ISK sums being mentioned here are totally irrelevant.
MPIRE had ZERO interest on being occupiers of any BoB land, we left our fight in the North in tact and willing to pour our considerable player base directly into the front lines to help MC fight the fight.
The fact is that BoB have clearly gate-crashed an MC party in FAT, and then proceeded to claim 100% the credit in that absolutely ridiculous Molle proclaimation. BoB (former ATUK mostly) then think so little of us as to prefer creating wallet-busting rental deals (wtf) before considering the real reason we were in FAT - just to fight the fight.
Did it make you feel empowered to put the squeeze on us that night, did you get a hard-on?
Damage was done that evening, MPIRE DO have standards, and we are frankly not amused.
I now see great opportunities for the future of EVE now we have made this choice, it's like somebody flicked a light switch.

Well, the idea is, you show your allies some respect, help them get back on their feet after 6 months of fighting in their home outpost system and they don't defect.
What you don't do is ask them for 42 billion isk a month, expecting them to join in the major war effort.
It's not the fact a tenancy agreement was in order, it's the fact the tenancy agreement was so ridiculously overpriced. Someone posted that this was a "standard agreement", and this is utter *******s.
The scale of the insult can be measured simply by the fact Velios is working with RA; an entity he's been fighting for just about the entirity of the game.
Quote: i'm not quite so sure M. could have "gone anywhere" as you put it to be quite honest.
They're in the back yard of their oldest, bitterest enemy, planning to help in the fight against an alliance in which a very large component are old alliance mates, or old alliance friends. If that's not the ability to go anywhere, then i don't know what is.
6 months sounds like a rather large exageration, and whoever posted 22 hostile alliances needs to either stop posting or show some proof too.
as krystal posted, what they did was want to charge them 6b per corp per month for the exclusive use of a constellation, if something went bad in the dealings i don't know, as i wasn't there, and unless you happen to be a bob or an m/pire alt, neither were you. i personally see nothing wrong with people having paying that kind of money for space, if they're unwilling to try and take their own, and they want somone else who has taken their own to give them some, then they should have to pay quite a considerable amount to claim that space as their own
their alliance with RSF now doesn't doesn't demonstrate the ability to go anywhere at all, that demonstrates their unwillingness to actually do something for themselves and their ridiculous reliance on any other alliance, even if it has to be their "oldest, bitterest enemy". had gone on to take their own space from someone else, rather than what they will do now, which is simply ride on the coat tails of another organisation; i would agree with you, that m.pire is a capable alliance, who would make a worthy addition to the RSF, and that the GBC would have quite clearly made a huge mistake in turning them away. as it stands, i can't say i do.

6b per month per corp. With 7 corps that is 42b/month.
does how much it cost really matter? at the end of the day BOB suck at keeping allies, YAY! for arrogance
Actually the exact amount is not that important, true enough.
What did M.pire do? They fought alongside BoB for a long time now, they were always there. But where was BoB for them? The really weak attempt of BoB to help LV (actually they only wanted to save that titan in the shipyard to take it into their own ranks) was quickly dispatched after a few days again.
Then much later M.pire followed MC to the north and fought to keep their own space for quite a while - taking off a lots of pressure from BoB this way.
Later BoB did an all-hands and M.pire sent their capital fleet away to help them: a risky gamble with all the hostiles strong around their new home, but they still did it because of old loyality. But while M.pire was fighting for BoB in the south, their homes were undefended and Razor/MM and others took the chance and increased the pressure a lot - the deathring of M.pire's home there. So, helping BoB costs them their homes.
Finally M.pire comes down to BoB space and fights again with them and when the talk were about docking rights and station access BoB f***s them over and DEMANDS something (regardless if it is 1 isk or 42 bil) that M.pire is allowed to fight with BoB? After all what M.pire did for BoB?
Dude, they surely smoke really strong stuff at the BoB HQ.
I wonder what Seleene will say to all that.
im assuming seleene will ask BOB leadership first before saying anything
