Tbh i would have said goon on you Mpire, you dont need that **** with a bill that big when your assisting in the fight.
But, i realy dont think your decision to turn to the other side is a good one, you now will be head on with long term friends, COW, V and others, friends with whom you have fought alongside for a while now, and to suddenly turn around and say wer joining your long term enemies

Let me tell you something about TPS reports....
The thing is, Bob, it's not that I'm lazy. It's just that I just don't care. It's a problem of motivation, all right? Now, if I work my ass off and you win a few more systems, I don't see another dime. So where's the motivation?
Somebody dropped a ball somewhere, but in any case the [lagfree] fights will be good and tbfh that's all I want. All the best to old friends and new enemies and anyone else that feels they need it.

When faced with the decision to either submit to a fascist, suppressive regime or join a band of lobotomized, e-peen waving ****s, the only sensible thing to do is to stay neutral and find your own way.
Ah, the mythical 'third way'. This was discussed last night. A lot. We'd really like to find a way to stay neutral yet still be active space holders in 0.0. Sadly there is pretty much nowhere in EVE that is not in some way involved in the war against BoB's ego.
Don't get me wrong, we're still looking for the 'third way'. Maybe one day we'll find it.

The point, you pompously bloviating windbag, is that you don't have a valid point of view. Everyone here up to and including M.Pire's former enemies have noted at great length and with extraordinary courtesy that M.Pire didn't hold Branch simply because no one could have held up under that kind of stress for any length of time. There have been several threads since BKG- in which coalition members expressed tremendous respect for how long M.Pire did hold out. The fact that you keep glossing over them proves that my previous point (that you are mobile **** in a vial) is not an expression of aggression, but rather a trenchant observation of your mental capacities and overall reading comprehension skills.

they may have been under pressure, but they still gave up their stations, stations which they did not take by themselves. there is not much more that needs to be said other than that. if you wish to pick fault with any part of that statement, please go ahead. simply insulting me is hardly becomming of you or your alliance.
M.Pire was with MC in the assault on BKG-, as has been mentioned. So first off, you're wrong about them not taking the station themselves. Participating = participating. Can you get that far?
Second: they had lost those stations. As seemingly everyone in the game who doesnt have you blacklisted has pointed out, they could not win the final fight. It was numerically impossible. They were exhausted, worn down, flanked and outnumbered. My alliance was charged with holding one of the beach-head systems and I personally witnessed M.Pire's willingness to throw everything they had into fights that they quite simply could not win due to simple numbers. Rather than sacrifice the last of their fleet, they chose to acknowledge the absolutely blindingly obvious truth that they were over-run, and thus leave the field with enough ships to still be of use to their allies. They then hurled themselves directly into another fight. There is no arguing any of this, since both they and their opponents both acknowledge it. The only person who doesn't is you.
Now, either you're super smarter than the people who were actually physically present in Branch during the final push, or you're a trolling ******* idiot who cannot even grasp simple arguments which the membership of both involved parties mutually agree is gospel truth.
Personally, my money is on "******* idiot."

I wonder how long it'll take M.PIRE to backstab the "alliance" with some obscure reason. It could be planned already, turncoats are not to be trusted until they've proven their loyalty again.
isn't it funny how some people advocate both GTC<=>ISK trades and EVE being superior due to its cruelty and costly losses, when they use the former to circumvent the latter?

M.pires former enemies, are now their BFFs. for them to smack them here would be foolish, as it would spoil the happy happy morale boost RSF is getting off this. let me just reiterate that, M.Pire are now allied with RSF. if BoB had screwed them over and they were an alliance worth of saying that BoB had made a mistake in doing so, would they have immediately run over to their sworn enemies?

Anybody who did'nt see this coming in one shape or another must have been blind although i actualy thought they would go down the razor/mm nap path.
The losses that BOB has been taking over the last few months plus MPIRE's surrender in BKG without even informing let alone consulting their allies plus the responce to the 6bil rent and other tones on this forum over the last few weeks looked more like guilt massaging and leaders looking desperatly to do anything to keep there alliance/leadership positions together.
It seems to me and others that most of STK/MPIRE just want a nice safe bit of space IN 0.0 where they can build their modules and capitals and maybe have a fight now and again. So i suppose in the currant climate that behing the lines in GOON space is the place to find this. LOL lets hope the war does'nt chance again they may need to find a goon to insult them so they can switch sides again.
The opinions that i give are the opinions of my corp although my alts opinions may differ as this is my forum smack alt. |

Maybe they shoulldn't have started mining and npcing in delve without asking the alliance owning said space.
Maybe Tomcatt was lying to me when i talked to him about this just this sunday/monday. And then actually proceeded to have a conversation with Goons about possibly joining the coalition the same day. Yes that last one really helped your situation.
If there's 1 thing i regret, is actually not setting you to negative becus we felt the actions of STK shouldn't affect the whole of Mpire alliance.
I be seeing you velios. 2nd time now. tsk tsk
Sorry Thol, You and I both know BoB would screw over as long as it was in their interest. I have some classic examples. Let me know if you want me to drop you a line with those ;) When BoB needed M.Pire it was all good. Now that the north is not so much of a problem for BoB you bail out like you did on Xelas, Caldarians Pride, Rise, CORM and many many more.

The thoughts of charging 6 bill per corp per month to an ally of good standing and reasonably decent past relationships with many of those involved, who are in the possession of a 50+ cap fleet are completely ludicrous.. This is not how you should treat your friends.. This is completely unacceptable.. Locking friends out of stations where their assets are stored, is a kneejerk reaction to something which could have been solved with a little understanding and a pittance of humanity..
You obviously didn't find us worthy friends/allies, and I won't lose any sleep over having you at -10.. In other words **** you guys..

Yeah, and those friends who stick with BoB are fools. So who's the more foolish? The fool, or the fool that follows him? M.Pire is breaking out of the cycle of meatshield -- pwnt -- meatshield -- pwnt , and is striving for something better. Good for them.

The numericaly impossable statment sounds like sombody with a calculator deciding that the war is lost even before the fighting is over. A 3000 member coalition in eve that still has high SOV systems and hasnt even lost a single outpost that surrenders because of the fact they are a bit outnumbered on paper is a coalition that must be mostly led and populated by carebears who care about isk making and leaders who want to stroke there e-peen and those types should pay rent cos they are no use for anything else.
Did you realy expect BOB to think your worth anything other than a bit of monthly isk after you surrendered to razor without consulting or even informing your allies?. Only goon would welcome you with open doors but then they will take anybody.

By the way, the spin I am seeing here (and on the SHC boards) from BoB reminds me a lot of the following scenario:
Husband> "Aww, c'mon baby, I didn't mean to hit you. I mean, look.. the bruise isn't even that big... Baby, please don't leave me... I promise never to hit you like that again..."
At least M.Pire has the brains to leave that relationship...
