I am a keen explorer and I do enjoy it , but Where do you find these LADAR sites then , and where abouts in the pure blind area or near to is the cosmos area.

It is random spawn either in a region or constellation.

I explore in the north and I have never found a Ladar site in my many many months of exploration.

Ladar sites only spawn in 0.0 Cosmos constellations.

0.0 COSMOS constellations where LADAR sites are found:
E-8CSQ in Vale of the Silent
O9-4XV in Tenal
9HXQ-G in Catch
0K-FEM in Delve
I-30DK in Feythabolis
760-9C in Wicked Creek
Pegasus in Fountain
Assilot in Cloud ring

Btw, the ladar site can spawn in any region that has a cosmos constellation, anywhere in that region, but there might be a difference from what spawns inside the constellation to what spawns outside, I dunno.

I dont understand what is a cosmos constellation, neither how to figure out which constellation is or not...

A COSMOS constelation is a constelation that have some extra resources that normal constelation doesnt have, it has special agents, more static complexes, and such.
The 0.0 COSMOS constelations have the resources needed to make boosters and the only way to know if a constelation is COSMOS or not, is by looking at the list of COSMOS constelations  there are 4 in empire space and the other are in 0.0, the list has been posted before in this very threat but i don't know if it is complete

so Gas clouds can only be found in COSMOS constellations... well thats not a good news :)
Anyone remember where is this list ?

Look 4 posts up.
Also there's 6 empire cosmos constellations, 4 in high sec and 2 in low sec, but only the 0.0 ones have LADAR as far as I know.

Gas Cloud sites (LADAR signatures can be found anywhere in a Region with the cosmos constellation) - the cosmos constellation spawns the complexes that drop the Reactions and BPCs i think.
further iirc rev III will introduce 8 low sec cosmos constellations that offer ladar sites aswell.

before you waste time on this endeavour note that ccp made the manufacturing of the drugs take way, way too much effort and the price you'll have to sell them at to make it worth your time is so high that no one in their right mind will ever want to buy them, especially if you're in a "bad" cosmos constellation with something absolutely worthless like a tracking booster.
Oh hell yeah I'll pay 30m for a 10 minute 10% extra tracking, with the possible side effect of losing all my shields or something 0_o
