Well, you'd be able to pick a Bhaalgorn, but not a Thanatos. That's not a faction ship. Of course, if you won and wanted a Thanatos instead of a faction battleship and fittings, that's completely acceptable too.

Read what you posted and am tempted to participate too. :)
Incidentally, in case you're looking for a four number lottery, here's my suggestion. Take a look at the site: http://www.sportstoto.com.my/
This is one of the three legal 4-digit lottery runners in my country. They have draw like 3-4 times a week if I'm not mistaken (I don't really buy any tickets myself - heh).
If you click on Current results, you'll see the first group of results shown is under the header 4D (which stands for 4 digits). So this would give you leeway to sell up to 10000 tickets (if you're going to include the number 0 as a ticket).
My suggestion then, you sell the tickets, and once you think you've got enough, you pick a draw date (details of when the draws are on that site somewhere I think). Then you choose the first applicable number from the results versus the tickets you've sold. I.e. let's say you sold tickets numbering from 1-2000. The results for the draw is first prize 5001, second prize 4932, third prize 2007, first special prize (first row, first on the left) 9998, second special prize (first row, second from the left) 1234. The winner would then be 1234.
If by chance no winning numbers are drawn from that draw, then just schedule it to the next draw.
And yes, there are 5D and 6D games on that site too in case you sell that many tickets. :)
Anyway that's just my two cents worth in case you're looking for a public lottery to base the results off.
